Sterling Breeze 601 is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath unit that features a spacious living area with gorgeous gulf views courtesy of the patio doors leading to your balcony that spans the length of your condo. The living room features a flat screen TV and ample seating. High-end furnishings and ceramic tile floors complete the picture of  comfortable elegance. Dining table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3 allow everyone to dine together.
601 is fully equipped with washer and dryer, linens and towels, hair dryers for all 3 bathrooms, and a beautiful open kitchen featuring granite counter tops, custom cabinets and all the tools and conveniences you'll need including dishes for 12 and extra-large pots and pans, as well as a Margaritaville Frozen Drink Maker!
The Master Suite is Gulf front so prepare for amazing views first thing in the morning. It features a King bed, private balcony access and an en suite Master Bath. Guest Bedroom features a queen bed and an en suite Full Bath. The back bunk room is a children's hideaway with 2 sets of custom bunk beds so this room accommodates 4 and also has a flat screen TV and is secluded down a long hall. 

NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival. Each vehicle is a $50 cost per pass.


Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

Wonderful property with incredible view

We absolutely loved staying here. The view is amazing and the ease of accessing the beach can’t be beat. The unit itself was beautiful and very comfortable for our group of six. Management was very receptive to our messages and worked out whatever came up very quickly.

Stayed June 8th to June 16th

Overall our stay was great. Unfortuntately, one of the elevators was down for two days which a bit incovenient when you were on the first floor because the elevator would keep missing the first floor. It would stop at floor two where the garage floor was located and never make its way down. It seemed it took awhile to fix this elevator. The elevator at the garage went down, but was up and running in hours. They also chain up the luggage carts early. We arrived for check in at 4:30PM and we couldn't use them. They also have grocery carts, but those take tokens. The person who works the desk gives those out, but was gone for the evening. Very incovenience when you go get a load of groceries for the week.

Dishwasher did not work. French door to bathroom was broken. Toilet seat in other bathroom broken. Sinks in master bath both leaked. Staff was unprofessional and rude. Neighbors dog bark all morning. One elevator worked half the time. Wouldn’t recommend

Love!

This has been by far the best place I’ve stayed so far. Very clean! (We’ve had issues in the past with cleanliness other places) The check in process was very easy. The view was amazing and walking distance from pier park. We had an amazing view of the fireworks off the pier right from our balcony! The absolute only thing I would like is the pool area to stay open later but I believe most all places close the pool after 10.

Good location for playing at Publix Park.

The location was great. The exercise facility was adequate, equipment was up to date and worked. Comfortable beds. If you plan on cooking, make sure you bring everything down to the salt and pepper. Most VRBO's we stay in at least have salt/pepper but there was NOTHING. The grill worked on the balcony, grilled great steaks.

Very nice

I've stayed at many properties up and down the Emerald Coast. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this condo. Sterling Breeze is in a nice area, just far enough from the pier to make a nice walk without all the traffic and noise. Even though there was ongoing upgrades and renovations happening, including road construction, the building and common areas were spotlessly clean and maintained. Unit 601 was also very clean, well situated, and very well appointed. The layout is a bit different, the 3rd bedroom is down a hallway and somewhat separated from the main living space, which might be good for families with school age kids. There were surprising extras besides the margarita machine, like an air fryer, electric can opener, expensive toaster, and charging station, and the kitchen in general had everything we needed. I really liked this unit and I would stay here again.

Love PCB

My family and I love PCB this is a great location and we will definitely stay at Sterling Breeze again. This unit had all we needed for the week for 8 of us the biggest thing we did not enjoy is how dirty the floors were, along with the furniture and some appliances. Bbq also did not work properly which was something we were looking forward to using. Pool was nicely heated and the front desk lady Natalie was wonderful we also loved the availability of shopping carts in the parking garage.

Lots of room

We loved all the space, the large side balcony , and beachfront access. Nice floors and bathrooms. We were disappointed the microwave door was broken. This was needed for quick toddler meals. We were disappointed the sleeper sofa mattress cover had mold/mildew and sand on it. The grill on the balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in very long time. Luggage carts were not easily accessible either. Overall if those things could be fixed I would have given it a 5 star.

Girls Trip

The condo was not very clean one of the showers had mold all in the tiles same bathroom sink wouldn’t drain . The dish washer didn’t work right . The floor felt like it was covered in sand . Parking was across street you had to go over get a buggy go back over load your luggage go back over then only one elevator worked so you were stuck waiting forever to get on With the Covid scare some people weren’t comfortable with you sharing the ride So much longer waits . Thank goodness this condo is only on the 6 th floor . We were told in our email paper work twenty dollar parking and wrist band fee ( which the bands were paper not rubber ) and when we got there it was actually thirty dollars . The pool area is nice, But they fail to tell you there is a big drainage pipe coming down between the condos and brown water runs out of it and into the ocean on the right side of the condo and at certain times it had a foul smell . Sorry to say I will not be returning here again .
