Si vous recherchez le type de condo de vacances qui soit parfait pour la famille et joliment amĂ©nagĂ©, celui-ci est fait pour vous. Les propriĂ©taires ont pris un soin particulier Ă  faire de cette location de Shores of Panama un endroit oĂč vous voudrez venir chaque annĂ©e. Internet haute vitesse sans fil ici, alors profitez-en oĂč que vous soyez dans le condo.

Mais parlons de ce qui fait de cet endroit un endroit spécial pour vous.

Commençons par la vue! Vous sortez sur le balcon et vous obtenez une vue parfaite depuis un grand balcon avec de nombreux siĂšges confortables. Andit est juste le bon endroit pour profiter de votre cafĂ© du matin. Vous voudrez passer beaucoup de temps ici. C’est grand et confortable.

Le salon est trĂšs confortable avec des siĂšges pour 5. C’est Ă©lĂ©gant sans ĂȘtre trop formel. Mais ce nïżœïżœest pas pour cela que vous choisirez ce condo. Il y a de superbes vues. Clair et simple.

Il y a un Ă©cran plat 50 ”pour profiter, mais vos yeux iront Ă  la plage Ă  chaque fois. Et il y a un grand canapĂ©-lit pour dormir plus longtemps.

Bien qu’il n’y ait pas de table à manger, il y a de nombreux siùges autour du comptoir de la cuisine. Et la cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, que ce soit pour un snack ou un repas gastronomique.

Votre MASTER SUITE a un immense lit king size avec une tĂȘte de lit. Literie vraiment luxueuse et tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat. Sortez directement sur le balcon d'ici.

Le 2nd MASTER dispose également d'un lit KING avec beaucoup de place pour toutes vos affaires avec une télévision à écran plat.

La 3Úme chambre a un lit queen et une télévision à écran plat.

La buanderie est situĂ©e dans un endroit oĂč il est facile de garder chacun dans des vĂȘtements propres.

A slice of heaven in Miramar Beach!

We were initially supposed to stay in PCB, but a week before our trip, we found out that there was a flooding incident above the unit we were supposed to be staying in. The property manager offered us a villa in Miramar Beach instead. It was awesome! Not a ton of people, and a very short walk to the beach! Plenty of restaurants and shopping! We loved our stay and we will be back!

Amazing condo, very clean

After I booked the property, I read several negative reviews of the property and was worried. I can tell you my worries were completely unfounded. To address a few: I saw absolutely not a single bug. The furniture on the deck was as pictured in the photos, as was all the other furniture. The condo was exceptionally clean. My best friend was with us and grew up with a mom who owns a cleaning business. She is usually very critical of vacation properties in the cleaning department, but she was impressed with the cleanliness, noting that the fridge looked "brand new" inside. The beach and outdoor pools were beautiful and even during peak spring break week were not too crowded. The downsides: the poolside restaurant food was not good; save your money and cook in the condo. The check in at the parking garage was a bit confusing - the resort worker didn't know if we were supposed to pay a fee for parking or if it was already paid - the parking pass and resort bands aka "check-in packet" were already paid for and waiting for us in the condo. The parking garage is 12 levels and the assigned spot is on the 11th floor. It can take a while to get up/down the parking garage but it's very nice having your car on the same level as the condo. Overall excellent experience and I would stay here again. Thank you!

This property is dirty and full of roaches. The furniture is not the same in the picture and the 3rd bedroom does not allow room to store your luggage/clothes, or anything else. Best Beach Getaway did a great job addressing the bug situation and moved us to a different property the next day, which was fantastic and bug free.

Several issues - cleanliness + listing accuracy

I have never given a negative review, but this was bad. We booked this condo instead of others, assuming we were getting “more”. It’s a 3BR 2.5 Bath, the view was great. The condo was subpar at best. 1120 was not booked in the days leading up to our stay, there should be no reason the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to our arrival. The floor was filthy, tonenail clippings, sand on coffee tables, dirty counters, soap scum and grime on the bathroom sinks and showers. If that wasn’t bad enough, what appears to be bodily fluids was on the bench in the master bedroom. I did call best beach getaway immediately to come address our issues. They came to reclean, floor was mopped, but one look under/around the furniture you’ll still see dust mites and a nasty sock still under the dresser in the master. We were told they would wipe down counters if we removed items, however the bathroom counter and showers were not addressed. We were told the 2nd master shower wouldn’t clean because of the design (not true - a scrub brush and cleaner would fix that). The master bathroom door knob wouldn’t stay on, that was fixed. There was a known issue with the master bedroom fan it squeaks too noisy to use, not fixed; master toilet continues to run -not fixed. All appliances (broken buttons) cookware (bent) need replacing. Not enough working elevators to handle the volume. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has an aversion to stairs.

The property is very well maintained. Elevators at certain times where a headache. Getting a pool chair is almost impossible. People set towels on chairs for hours before they actually use them leaving others to not be able to sit in one.

For the price this condo is in my opinion not worth it. The view of balcony is nice but not much else. 3rd bedroom is tiny and has no space for any clothing/suitcases. The hot water NEVER got hot and most of the time was luke warm in both bathrooms! When we got there the floors were really dirty and we reached out and they did get that cleaned in a timely manner. But I feel that for the space in this condo and as outdated as it is the price is a little steep.

Overall it was good however the pictures of the furniture online were not what we found at all!! There were a few issues with cleaniess especially the floors that my husband took care of by purchasing a swiffer at Walmart while I realize there is a certain amount or time between rentals I think it could have been done better otherwise the location and view was beautiful

Spring Break 2023

For the most part this was a great rental. It took us a bit to figure out how to lock the exterior door from the outside. The 3rd (queen) bedroom was pretty small. There is not much room to maneuver and much less to open a suitcase unless it’s on the bed. Having 8 people would be pretty cramped by the time you add luggage. The kitchen was well equipped which I appreciated but there was not much room to store food if you plan on cooking there - our stuff ended up on the counters We were there the last week of March and during our 6 night stay, the emergency security notification went off 3 times - always late at night, instructing us to vacate using the stairs. Because of the busy time of year, there could sometimes be lines at the elevators. Walmart is within walking distance and Pineapple Willy’s is right next door. I’d stay here again - clean, well equipped inside the condo and a beautiful pool area outside. Plus it’s right on the beach!

Upon entering the unit, we were pleasantly surprised it was more beautiful than the pictures. Fresh Paint and all amenities needed to feel the comfort of home. Super clean and plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc.. We couldn't get the cable box to work in the family room(direct TV issue). Omg, the VIEW!!😍😍😍WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Only down fall was the parking

The room was wonderful, great view, the beach was nice. Clean pool inside and out. The pool inside did seem to have way too much chorine which I assume is due to bad ventilation so you couldn’t stay in there long without eyes burning. And the parking situation was not good. Although we had two reserved spots for our condo, one of our vehicles is a larger truck so we could only park in a select few, maybe 6 “oversize” parking spots for the while 23 floors of condos. I wish the abnormally low Clarence of the parking deck would have been listed

Panama City Beach is beautiful, Shores of Panama not so much!

The contactless check-in was great! However, I was disappointed with the upkeep of the property. The doors and hallways were nasty and unkept. The pictures of the property, including the condo itself, are REALLY OUTDATED!All the pictures must have been taken when the property was brand new. We had a water leak in our condo and had to keep towels on the floor to prevent slipping and falling. Finally, we were able to talk to someone and leave a text message. I asked to be moved and was told the condo had to be flooded in order for us to be moved to another condo. Maintenance fixed the leak after two days of messing with it. There are definitely not enough elevators for that size property. My family made the best of our time together but I probably will not be back to Shores of Panama again.
