Imagine waking up to the sound of crashing waves and stepping out in to the breathtaking view of the beach! This quaint condo is the perfect beach getaway, with cozy interiors and direct access to the sandy shores. It's a dream come true! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is one of the oldest properties on the beach and is unique to the area.
Nestled in the heart of Panama City Beach, Fl. in middle beach, this condo is walking distance to Bid-a-wee private beach, the brand new Margaritaville resort, restaurants like Runaway Island & Sharks, and lots of shops and retail stores. It is directly across from the Hidden Lagoon putt putt golf and racetrak amusement center and a short drive to Pier Park or about 15 minutes to St. Andrew's State Park. Walk across the street into residential neighborhoods or enjoy the hustle and bustle of front beach road in all the action.
Please note, only starter amenities are provided, you will need to purchase additional toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent etc.
