Welcome to paradise! We invite you to bask in the warm Florida sun and get your daily dose of vitamin sea at You Are My Sunshine. A short 5-minute stroll to one of the “world’s most beautiful beaches,” this pet-friendly 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath corner townhome comfortably sleeps up to six guests with parking right outside the front door – no worrying about lugging heavy bags across vast parking garages, waiting for elevators or navigating stairs. Enjoy the privacy of a low-density complex, the convenience of a central location, and luxurious comforts of a resort, all in your own private home.



Located just off Front Beach Road, between Thomas Drive and Pier Park, you’ll be close to the action but far enough from the commotion for a peaceful night’s sleep. With the community pool just a few feet from the back door and white sandy beaches across the street (Public Access #45), there’s no shortage of fun in the sun.

Step into an open living space with ample seating, a smart TV, and unobstructed access to a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, unwind in the king master with an electric fireplace (heat optional) and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The queen second bedroom is ideal for children and includes toddler bed bumpers, young reader books, and LEGO Duplo for our littlest Sunshines. Entry to the full bathroom from the main hallway make for easy access for the whole family.

Thoughtfully curated amenities will please eco-conscious travelers with organic, plant-based, and reusable options, while parents will appreciate the additional safety features and Littlest Sunshine extras. And we never charge a pet fee. Our dogs are part of our family, and we firmly believe that it shouldn’t cost more to bring them along on family vacations.

Considerate host and clean condo

We stayed at this property for a week during a baseball tournament. The unit was very clean, and in a great location. The unit area is older, but the unit itself has been redone and is immaculately clean. The walk to the beach is very easy. And the coffee shop Pour can not be missed!! The best part of this condo is the EXTREMELY considerate host. Nancy was not only very responsive but was thoughtful to leave many treats and surprises in the house. I’ve had some great host before but this place can not be beat. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful Stay!

Nancy was an incredible host! Great communication and she even left a charcuterie board and bottle of wine upon our arrival with other goodies. The property was super clean, a very short walk from the beach and a short 3 mile drive to the dog beach. Loved our stay- thanks Nancy!!

Fantastic wonderful unforgettable vacation

The condo was just as it is pictured. Very clean and everything you need to feel at home. The property owner is amazing. Great with communication. I felt like a bother but was never made to feel like that. Definitely a vacation we will cherish and remember for forever. I will definitely be staying again on our next visit for sure. Our experience at Nancy's place

This property had so many extra touches by the host! The linens, towels, soaps, coffee, condiments, fully stocked kitchen, paper products...I could go on! Everything was there for a day at the beach as well! Upon arrival there were treats waiting for both us and our dog!! This was the most thoughtful place I've ever rented! Host was always available to answer questions and handle any issues that came up, which were minor. There were also on-site care takers available to help as well.

Panama City Beach Townhouse

Nancy, our host truly understands the needs of travelers to this area. If you wish to spend your time on the beach all you need to bring is your bathing suits - she supplies beach towels, sunscreen, beach chairs and umbrellas, floats and vests for the kids, and a wagon to carry it all to the beach which is an easy 5 minute walk from the townhouse. We were greeted with a bottle of cold wine, meat, cheese and fresh fruit, as well as a gift card for a car wash which was much needed and appreciated. The townhouse was perfect for our 2 week stay. The bed was extra comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies and condiments, dog items were available for our fur baby, and games and puzzles for children were available. I highly recommend a stay here.

5 Star -Above and Beyond Excellent Beach Property

I am not even sure where to begin to describe how wonderful this beach rental is. First, its location is wonderful; just 5 minute walk to beach enterance. She had the unit so welcoming when we arrived. So many cute nice little extras -wne; candy; frwsh fruit/cheese boards; water; treats fir the dogs. Seriously, there is nothing lacking-she has literally everything you want or need to your beach stay. Best part is that she also accommodates dogs! We had 4 adults here and it did not feel cramped at all. We stayed a week at the end of September. I do not always write reviews; however; Nancy is a wonderful hostess and her rental stands so far above other rentals. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Nancy for making our stay so superb!!

Brilliantly Thoughtful

My fiancée and I took a few days with our dog to head down to the beach for my birthday. We informed our host of our occasion and she did everything possible to make us feel special. When we arrived to the beautiful property we found a birthday cake in the fridge and some special frozen treats for our puppers. Anything we needed was there. Our host was very attentive. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would easily recommend that anyone stay here with or without a pet (but better with)

I cannot express enough of how my finance and I enjoyed our stay along with our fur baby. Nancy was very responsive, and a great host. Beach townhouse

Family beach vacation with 2 adults and 3 children ranging 4-15yo. The townhouse was perfect for all of us and our dog, with no pet fee which was nice and helpful. Nancy was a great host, very communicative and responsive. Was helpful with every question we had! She had all the basic necessities needed plus welcome fruit, snacks, wine and bottled water, none was expected so was a nice surprise! They have dog necessaties as well so didnt have to travel with kennels and things. Property is close to main tourists activities, just a couple minute drive to all beach front stores and restaurants. House was clean and check in and out was simple. Would stay here again. Only things is parki g is tight but Nancy said HOA is working on that.

By far the most thoughtful and kind host we have ever had! Nancy really goes above and beyond to make her guest happy. We celebrated my daughters 18th birthday and we were so surprised to arrive to the cutest little decorations, a cake, and snacks. The townhouse was very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you need for the beach was there. We brought our own, but we could have saved ourselves the trouble and left a lot of stuff at home. The beach was very close…a short, easy walk. Nancy was just a text away and very responsive to any questions. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Absolutely perfect!

Where do I even start? The property itself is centrally located and we found nice restaurants within walking distance. We chose this property because we could bring our dog and it was absolutely perfect. It’s very clean, has everything you’d ever need (and even things you might forget to bring from home!). The kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need to make a nice meal in. Nancy is the most accommodating and attentive host we’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely wonderful place and host

We loved our stay! The location is great! This condo is a very short convenient walk to the beach and food! Beyond the beach, the home itself was perfect. It is very very quiet despite lots of road noise (we happened to come during bike week ), the beds are comfortable with nice pillows, there are plenty of towels for showers for 4 people, there are books and games, and the aesthetics of the place are top notch and you can tell she has put so much effort and thought into the place. The host Nancy was probably the next best part of our stay. She communicated so well with us and we truly were so happy with our trip 10/10 would stay again!
