THE HOME

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage comfortably sleeps 7 guests and is available exclusively to your group — no shared spaces, no strangers.

Bedroom 1 — Primary Suite King bed with memory foam/hybrid mattress, luxury cotton linens, soft and firm pillows, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 — Second Suite King bed with the same premium sleep setup and its own private ensuite bathroom. Ideal for grandparents, older teens, or a second couple traveling together.

Bedroom 3 — The Bunk Room Twin-over-full bunk bed plus a daybed, giving this room flexible sleeping for up to 3. Includes a Roku TV, and an in-room arcade game. Kids will not want to leave.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, one ensuite to each of the two main bedrooms — a real advantage for families managing morning routines.

THE KITCHEN

The fully stocked kitchen is designed for families who actually cook on vacation. Quartz countertops, full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware, utensils, dishes, and glasses you'll need. No digging around for a spatula.

The coffee bar is a guest favorite: drip coffee maker plus a Keurig, with coffee pods, filters, creamer, sugar, and tea bags provided. Mornings are easy.

A dining table seats your full group comfortably for meals, game nights, or planning your beach day.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Private Heated Pool The heated pool is the centerpiece of the backyard and a genuine reason families rebook year after year. Heat is available as an optional add-on ($50/night, must cover full stay) — ideal for spring and fall travel when Gulf temps dip. The fenced backyard means kids and dogs have a safe, enclosed space to move freely.

Gas Fire Pit Gather around the fire pit after dark. A propane cylinder is provided; if it runs out during your stay, bring the receipt for a full replacement and you'll be reimbursed.

Outdoor Shower Rinse off sandy feet, towels, and gear before coming inside — a small feature that makes a big difference at the end of a beach day.
