Cette unité vient avec une chaise de plage GRATUIT SET / PARAPLUIE LOCATION !! Cette unité a également subi une rénovation totale, les planchers de bois franc de Beachy nouvelle marque tout au long, de nouveaux meubles, nouvelle peinture, WOW !!!!

Bienvenue à Long Beach Resort, où vous allez commencer vos vacances tant attendue dans cette belle unité donnant sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Profitez de l'incroyable, mur à mur pour plancher de vue sur l'océan de plafond de chaque chambre de ce spacieux, 1400 pieds carrés condo situé au huitième étage de la tour 4, le plus récent tour à Long Beach. La station est proche de tout, de grands restaurants à un super Walmart juste en face! Il y a une grande piscine lagon (6800 pieds carrés) avec des îles et des cascades, trois spas, deux piscines polynésiennes (chauffée saisonnièrement), bar et grill sur place (en saison), location de chaises jet / parasol sur place ainsi que 24 accès et sécurité sécurisée avec beaucoup de stationnement.

Le salon dispose d'un système 47 "TV / DVD avec beaucoup de sièges confortables et d'un canapé-lit queen size. Il ya un lit king size dans la chambre principale et deux lits doubles dans la deuxième chambre, deux chambres ont une nouvelle télévision à écran plat. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain complète avec doubles vasques en marbre et de grandes cuves de jardin en marbre. La cuisine complète a tous les appareils et la vaisselle nécessaires avec beaucoup d'armoires améliorées pour stocker vos courses! Le salon / salle de séjour et deux chambres ouvrent sur le balcon donnant sur 1300 m² de plage de sable blanc. Cette unité est non fumeur, Animaux non admis, et le locataire doit être au moins de 25 ans et occuper le logement pendant toute la période de location !!
Lors de votre séjour dans cet appartement condo, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Plages de Panama City. Un bain à remous et une laverie sont disponibles. Cet appartement condo propose l'accès Wi-Fi à Internet gratuit et une cuisine.

This property was very nice. Resturants and attractions were very close. The elevator was quick and we didn't have to wait long. Besides normal wear and tear, this Condo is extremely nice and quiet. The host responded very prompt. The only issue we had was our code to the door didn't work when we arrived, but we called and they gave us another one. Besides that, no issues. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Couldn’t have chose a better place!

One of the top best resorts you can stay in my opinion. Elevators were always quick, the location was phenomenal and the ocean view from all the beds, the balcony beach view, and the view you get being anywhere inside from the floor to ceiling windows was so top tier. The easy access to the beach and to any of the pools on property was so convenient and my kid loved it. I would book this property every single time i came back!!!

Wonderful Vacation at Panama City Beach!

From day one my family and I enjoyed our stay. We stayed a wonderful week. Accommodation were great, the view breathtaking to wake up to and go to bed to. The beach beautiful and water perfect evening swim. Loved having the beach chairs and extra the owners provided. Nearby restaurants are great!!!

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort several times before but this condo is the best one so far. The condo was beautiful and the layout was perfect. Everything we needed was there for us. The view from the windows and large balcony was amazing. We will rent this condo again. Also, Kim's Condos was great to work with on this rental..

Fabulous condo!

This condo was absolutely fabulous! The kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee maker and a Keurig! It was nicely decorated and the customer service from the owner was top-notch! I got an email that said it was ready and we could actually get in the condo several hours before check-in time and check-out was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant Stay

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. No major complaints from my wife or me... Everything was pretty much as pictured. A few minor things that needed attention, but that's the case in most places. The view is fantastic, and we both enjoyed the deck furniture. Overall, the property is quiet and well kept. We'd stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

We came in town for a wedding. We had a total of 6 people but the unit could have accommodated up to 8. Beautifully decorated with beach themed decor. Nice setup with second bathroom. Double sinks were separate from toilet and shower area so multiple people could get ready at the same time. Both bedrooms and the living room had access to the very LARGE balcony area. We loved the balcony the most for morning coffee. Very relaxing with a clear unobstructed view. We will rent again next time we are in town.

Kim's Condo A+

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our stay. We had a wonderful time. Really like the check in process and the keyless entry. So much better than keeping up with a key card. My only suggestion would be to have cleaning crew sweep under beds oçasionaly. The remote for one of the TV's was under the king bed. I only noticed how dirty it was under there because I had to crawl under to get the back to the remote. Other than that, the condo was immaculate. Will definitely request this same unit next year. Thank you again!!!!

Our Spring Break 23

Don’t hesitate to rent ….This condo was by far the nicest I’ve stayed in . The location was GREAT and the condo was equipped with anything you could ask for . The kitchen was very nice with nice appliances.It even had very nice durable dishes and utensils . It was equipped with hand soap , detergent , and washing pods . I had an issue with my door code (my fault,smh ) each time I called there was no hesitation in an answer or call back . The only thing I didn’t care for was the grout (cement material ) in bottom of garden tub or shower , but we managed with that since we had swim/shower shoes. It Would’ve been nice to soak in garden tub though after long walk on beach . The beach service was a plus too ! We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again !

Great Condo and Location

We truly enjoyed our stay! What we loved about the condo was the layout. The living room was large and both of the bedrooms were ocean front. The balcony was accessible from both bedrooms and was larger than those of other condos we've stayed in. Access to the beach and pools was easy and there was very little wait for the elevators. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. If I had one complaint, it was the condition of the towels and sheets. While I'm sure they were clean, they were very dingy and had what appeared to be makeup stains. The king sheets did also. I washed them again in hot water but I think some of them just need to be replaced. I would definitely stay here again but I would bring my own linens.

Long Beach 3rd stay

Property is great. This unit could have used a good cleaning but you cant beat the floor to ceiling windows and the open, spacious layout, and that view!!! Condo was set up nicely, with some great upgrades to the kitchen and flooring. Bathrooms need some work. A little dated but still well equipped. The room wasnt dusty, dirty or sandy, but we just had to rewipe surfaces that were visible and missed during the last cleaning (fridge, table and chairs, night stands). Bedding was clean and comfortable. Very nice furniture on the balcony to enjoy meals and the view. Plenty of dishes to make your own meals, a nice keurig and newer washer and dryer. This was our 3rd stay at this resort. They keep all hallways, pools and common areas very clean, and have an amazing lagoon pool, which is perfect for when double red flags are flying. We highly recommend Long Beach.
