This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

Beach Activities

Located in the Boardwalk Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, the community offers a 2,500-foot heated pool and waterfall, children's swim area, and sun deck! Spend afternoons at the private beach just a few feet from the resort and unwind at night thanks to two community hot tubs.

Beyond your luxury abode are water sports galore! Spend days kayaking, surfing, or jet skiing, or walk to the pier for an afternoon of fishing. Relax with a book on the resort sun deck, or plan family-friendly excursions at nearby Gulf World Marine park or Shipwreck Island Water Park.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to the beach every year, and this has to be one of the cleanest units and complexes we have ever stayed in! Usually there’s some rust/mold from all the humidity and salty air but there was none! Our stay was perfect for our little family! Security was very good at enforcing rules (maybe a little too good sometimes haha) but it helped us feel safe and able to enjoy ourselves without worrying too much about the kids safety. The location of the condo was also perfect!! Not too busy but close to everything we needed/wanted!! We will for sure be back!

Great location- needs cleaned

you need a better house keeping staff. Doors in lobby were never cleaned. Elevator needed clean. Lobby smelled awful. Our room needed mopped. Our feet were black on the bottom after walking around in the condo. Kids pool never worked so all the kids were in the big pool. Location was awesome.

Master mattress and pillows need replacing. I didn’t like it

The main bedroom ( mattress and pillows are really no good. Also the door to balcony was very hard to open it needs to be lubed

Mattress on bed in master bedroom is way too hard. All else was fine in condo. Too many kids in hot tub - need an age limit for the spa. Too many kids from Football Tournament taking over pool and hot tub and being loud. It was if it was summer again at the Boardwalk. Somebody crapped in pool so we had to get out of hot tub. Was the first time to even get in the tub cause it was usually packed with kids and the same adults Also, the sand is full of cigarette butt, bottle caps, styrafoam pieces and other trash. You don't find the beaches in some other areas this bad. I was born and raised in PC and I love coming home. The Boardwalk is so convenient for me. I hope it doesn't get taken over by rowdy kids

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We paid extra for early check in since it was offered, arrived at our condo at check in time and the condo floors were extremely sticky and dirty, the kitchen sink was dirty, also there was left over clothes from the previous occupants left in drawers and a wet bathing suit left hanging in the master bedroom, also we were not left any wrist bands or parking passes. We called the number that was provided to us left a voicemail stating the issues and never heard back. We had a random lady walk in 10 minutes later saying she wasn’t sure if our rooms had been cleaned but then just sat down wrists bands and parking passes and left. So we had to go to Walmart and purchase numerous cleaning supplies to clean the condo ourselves. During our stay we had an electrical outlet in the kitchen spark, the washer would continuously shut off mid wash. The pool was constantly being closed due to kids pooping and also glass in pool where multiple kids had been cut. The ratings of not only the condo but the property itself were not up to the standards of previous ratings. Also if you have small children under the age of 5 they have to get out of the pool the last 10 minutes of every hour for a “safety break” which is a bit much especially when you have a 1 year old that all they do is float. Multiple parents with small babies that were just stepping into the pool with their small kids were being told they have to get back out because of these safety breaks. Kids crying constantly because they’re having to constantly get out of the pool. I will not be staying here again and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: the condo was pristine. tasteful, comfortable, VERY clean. very pleased with condo owners. the management company that runs the building was disappointing. it seemed they shut down the great pool any chance they could:fix a tile, fix stairs going to pool, workers on roof, storm 10 miles away{even though not 1 cloud throughout closer. they female staff were jewels but a percentage of the male staff had Barney Fife syndrome. I understand repairs must be made, but all in one week, and obviously the pool is a major asset to a Florida vacation. Even so I'd go to this condo again

Master bed mattress way too hard and squeaks..

Master bed was super hard and squeaks bc box springs are broken down. We had to move to couch bed and it’s wore out. Very disappointing since I’m a covid nurse and I needed this vacation and a comfortable bed. The blankets are not comfy. There hotel itchy and thin comforters. The silverware drawer had food crumbs all in it. Floors will turn your feet black and feel grimy. Sheets in master had small black hairs present. I contacted and got diffident people running me around to different dept and never gor any help. We checkout 2 days early.
