ABOUT THE HOME: Located directly on the Gulf, this lovely coastal condo has everything you need to make beautiful memories! You will enjoy the amazing views from the private balcony that has 2 lounge chairs for sunbathing and a six-person table to enjoy some alfresco dining with a view. Spend your evening relaxing, entertaining or just enjoying a sunset.

The floor to ceiling windows provide spectacular gulf views from the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room also features a large flat screen TV for watching your favorite team or a movie, which you can enjoy from the comfortable sleeper sofa or love seat. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes and cookware for cooking a family meal or to just enjoy a snack when taking a break from the beach. The dining room table comfortably sits 6 plus kitchen bar stools for the overflow seating.

This unit includes a king size bed in the primary bedroom with views of the gulf and access to the private balcony, its own bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed plus a full bed and direct access to the 2nd bathroom.

Great place to stay!

Location was great. Loved the view! Patio was amazing! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. They have a couple boogie boards to use and an umbrella and floats to use in the pool. Loved that they had a box fan to use to drown out noise for the kids while they sleep. The condo was very quiet we never heard any neighbors. The bridge to the parking garage across the street was closed when we went. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Excellent condo!!

Loved this condo! It was clean, well stocked with literally everything and very well decorated. Particularly loved the showers! Most important things for us are cleanliness, good bathrooms, table/chairs on the balcony, working appliances & a kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. This condo checked all the boxes & then some!! Communication with manager was also excellent. We always love Emerald Isle location, but will definitely use this condo again!!

Just beautiful!

Very beautifully decorated and clean. Wish I could have taken the bathrooms home with me! Very good communication with owners. We always come back to Emerald Isle for the balcony size, included beach service (for most of the units) and we like the quieter area. Another fabulous stay at Emerald.Isle! Just a heads up, we thought the dedicated parking spot would be a feature, but it is not unless you have a tiny car. We have a reg size suv and no way we could open any doors to get out when parked in the space. Luckily it was a low week so we just used the first come first serve parking spots.
