This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 18th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. Spacious10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

The condo was just as advertised. It was beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing! Helen was easy to contact and was available to answer any questions at any time. The beach was steps away from the condo and Paige made us feel right at home all day everyday. This trip was a great Spring Break trip and the added surprise was the Gulf Coast Air Salute that we didn’t know about until we arrived. The performances by the planes and jets were easily seen from the condo’s balcony and the beach! I‘ll be back!

Three generation girls’ trip

Mother, daughter. granddaughter getaway at PCB. This was a perfect property! Beautifully decorated, superb balcony furniture, well appointed kitchen, and a perfect location close to a beach shop and Pier Park for the granddaughter and nice restaurants for the adults. Included beach chairs, and even had boogie boards and chairs in the closet for sitting on the beach for sunset. We will definitely come back to this property!

I recently stayed at Emerald Isle and it was great! The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The condo was CLEAN and well-equipped with all the essentials. Plus, the staff was friendly and check-in was easy. I loved the pool area Definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay!

Honeymoon for my son and daughter-in-law

Rented as a wedding gift for my son and daughter-in-law. Their words were "perfect." Check-in was a breeze and the location and condo were 5 stars. They had no issues and the beach chairs were a fantastic bonus! This will be our go to condo in PC beach from now on. Helen was so easy to work with and responded to me questions quickly. Definitely recommend this gem!

Fantastic balcony and view!

Just returned from our vacation. Loved the unit. The beds were comfy. The balcony is amazing and offers beautiful views. House keeping needs some work. I didn’t appreciate them showing up knocking on the door at 9:00. Check out wasn’t until 10:00!

Perfect condo & perfect weather

This was not my first time booking with Helen and this condo did not disappoint at all. Actually I have had great times in each of her properties. We had one issue with the a/c unit not cooling down the condo but we contacted Helen and it was fixed immediately. We will be staying here again for sure!

Perfect Fall Getaway

We rented this condo for our fall break, and it was absolutely perfect. The unit was nicely decorated and very well maintained. We had no issues checking in, and when I did reach out to Helen to ask a question, she responded within a few minutes. My favorite part - The balcony allowed for gorgeous views of the sunset and occasional dolphins playing in the ocean. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Panama City Beach!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! We had the best time. Helen was a fabulous host, and answered any questions quickly and pleasantly. The condo is beautiful. Unbelievable view!

What a beautiful condo! As soon as walk in you feel the beach is there in the room with you. The condo is conveniently located to the great restaurants of PCB. A short distance to Pier Park, with lots of entertainment options. Loved The Yard! Helen was great to work with. She made the process so easy. If you are going to PCB, you should stay in this condo!

Don’t stay at Emerald Isle

Unfortunately I can’t give this place a good review. On the last night of our stay another guest threw a full beer bottle from their top balcony at our group that was playing volleyball. We didn’t have any contact with them before. We called security who called the police. Absolutely nothing was done. Lee Ann, the head of security didn’t care, and was extremely rude. I also called Mark Caron and didn’t get a return call from him either. Helen Phillips with VRBO at least responded but there have been no updates. No one from Emerald Isle has called to or made any sort of apology. I would stay somewhere else as they didn’t care about the safety of their guests. Stay away!

This condo was amazing! Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. Very clean! This condo has now become my favorite vacation spot. Helen Phillips was so helpful and easy to work with. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful unit with breathtaking views

This property was exactly what was listed and more. The pictures really do not to do it justice. The check in process was simple. Luggage carts were available to use to take our things up to our unit. Parking was never and issue and we liked the security of the cameras in the garage as well as security walking around. The building and grounds itself was kept nice and clean, from the landscaping to pool area. We were very impressed with the speed of the elevators. We honestly never waited more the 30-45 seconds for an elevator. The unit itself was gorgeous. The decorations give it that beachy feel while also making it comfortable. Helen did not leave any detail out with this unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything you could need. The balcony was one of my families favorite spots. The furniture was extremely nice and the views of the water and the sunsets were beautiful. Having the beach service was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and and will definitely rent from Helen again.
