Located at the west end of Panama City Beach, we are adjacent to Pier Park, a Simon Mall Property, which is northwest Florida's #1 shopping destination. Pier Park offers great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, as well as a 16 Movie Theatre Complex! Calypso is the closest/walking distance resort to Pier Park. This luxury resort has everything you need for the perfect family vacation.

Enjoy the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your fourth floor, ocean front condo. The spacious living room offers a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa.

This kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. With beautiful granite countertops, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, slow cooker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven, dishwasher, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots and pans, cooking will be a breeze! Unclean

Location and Calypso are great, our room was not. We found socks in the bunks from the last guest, urine on the toilet, towels smelled like smoke and the floors were very dirty. The room was not stocked with any handsoap or toiletries. I reached out to the host and got a response at first then lost contact with him and nothing was ever resolved besides them offering to bring new linens after I had already washed all the bedding, this all should have been done before our check in. We have stayed in other rooms at Calypso and have not had these issues.

This place is great for the beach and pier park! It was a little untidy and needed some more sweeping up in the bathrooms and common areas. We also thought a few more rolls of toilet paper would be good. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would recommend it!

Great Condo

Had everything we needed. There was sand on the floors but a broom and dust pan is provided. All blankets were provided, bath towels, etc. Super convenient to have a washer/dryer in the condo, too. Communication was outstanding when we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

Overall Good Property

I stayed here with my husband and our two children (2 & 4). We had a great week! We’ve stayed at Calypso for years - LOVE the location. The condo is nice and looks like the photos. It’s well stocked in the kitchen & the extra railing came in handy for the bunks! Some important notes for property management: - Both bathrooms showing signs of mold - An extra fitted sheet for the pullout couch would be nice as our kiddos wanted to watch a late night movie in the living area - The condo only came with about a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and so we had to buy more - The water heater was constantly running while we were there Overall it’s a great condo for the price and we made lots of wonderful memories. A few minor tweaks and we would definitely stay again!

View was great but place was not clean

The view was amazing and being right on the beach was a plus. Pier Park was just a couple minutes walk down the road. The owner himself was great with communication but the property manager was not. We had several issues. First, be prepared to supply any necessities you’ll need for your stay- like toilet paper and trash bags, etc. as well as kitchen stuff. We were not told we’d need to supply anything. We don’t eat out all the time and having to provide different things to help with cooking, like tinfoil and dish soap, was very frustrating. Our son has special needs and we couldn’t simply go out and get what we needed. Property manager stopped responding to me after the first day of requesting a dust pan (found a broom but no dust pan) and never actually brought a dust pan. The biggest issue of all was black mold. All in both bathrooms. I’m allergic and had to battle a reaction to it all week. I sent pics to the owners, and they said they will take care of it. Take note that even though this room is at a large condo, none of the condo chairs for the beach are included with the room. It’s $50 for the first day and $40 for any day after that. Or just bring your own chairs.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of this property is convenient to everything you may need. We never got back in the car the entire week! The lower level floor is very nice and the tiki bar next to the pool was an awesome amenity.

Overall, an OK stay.

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I do have to say that this condo was by far the most unclean condo my husband and I have ever rented. The property owner, Mana, was very nice and he tried to make "it right" but unfortunately it doesn't undo what my family and I endured during our stay. When walking into the living room where our teenage daughters were sleeping, on our first morning in the condo, I saw them laying on the pullout, covered with a small white "throw type" blanket that had cigarette burns and paint stains all over it. I immediately woke them up and ask them about the blanket and the other bed linens, this is when they told me that they only found 1 blanket and 1 sheet. They also told me they couldn't find any pillow cases for any of the pillows, which most had stains as well. After stripping the bed, I realized that the sheet they were referring to was actually a thin duvet cover, that did not go to the pullout at all. I searched the condo for additional linens, which I did not find. I then went back in the master bedroom to inspect our bed linens, since I had found our girls' in such unacceptable conditions. Upon inspection of the master bed linens, I discovered 2 large stains on the fitted sheet and the mattress pad, which completely disgusted my husband and I, especially since we had just slept on these linens. Thankfully, I had brought washing detergent so I was able to wash all of the linens. I notified the property owner, Mana, and he tried to "make it right" by having the property manager, Michelle, bring new linens to our condo, which I appreciated, but took more than 6 hours to receive. Once I did receive the items, they were all new in their original packaging, which meant I had to wash them myself, prior to my girls sleeping on them. I debated even leaving a review because the property owner did respond fairly quickly and tried to correct the problem, but I decided to go ahead and tell our story, so maybe it will help someone in the future by educating them to check their linens upon arrival to ensure they are clean and that they have the appropriate linens they need for their stay. Pros: -The check-in process and location were great. Cons: -Dirty unwashed bed linens throughout the condo and no linens for the pullout bed in the living room.
