Cool Change: Stunning Remodeled Beach House Across from Beach

COOL CHANGE features a reverse floor plan with 1st floor master, while kitchen, dining /living area are all on second floor. The 15' x 30' great room with vaulted ceiling opens to a large 24' x 10' veranda on which you can relax, while enjoying soothing gulf breezes and surf sounds (and even a teasing peek at the gulf). The spacious back yard dressed in artificial turf invites guests to relax OR play. Yard games are plentiful. New owners have completely refreshed a classic Carillon home strategically situated in a perfect location - across the street from the Gulf of Mexico between two dune beach walkovers and equidistant from two community pools as well as tennis/pickle ball courts, children's play area and (full court) basketball. It's almost like being ON the gulf without paying big gulf-front prices.

*Two sets of canvas beach chairs with umbrellas, are provided daily for you on the beach at walk-over 2 (March 1 - Oct 31). Additional beach chairs may be procured through the on-site beach service. As with all Carillon Beach Rentals, beach towels are provided for our guests.

COOL CHANGE is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 3 vehicles and 1 golf cart permitted. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the street adjacent gravel area to be parked at any time in front of a home. Charging the golf cart must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $37.50/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.
