Please note that through March 2026, this property will be undergoing exterior painting, and the parking deck will also be under construction. The pool and onsite laundry facility will be closed until March 2026. Workers will be present, and guests can expect some construction noise and dust during this time.

Welcome to Continental #112, a first-floor Gulf-front studio condo that sleeps four and is centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. The fully equipped kitchen includes table seating four in this charming studio condo, with a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is tile flooring in the entry and kitchen area, with carpet in the sleeping area. The living/sleeping area has a mirrored wall that enhances the feeling of spaciousness, and two queen-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for three guests (max occupancy per fire safety code). Opposite the beds you’ll find a sitting area. There are large windows throughout, to maximize your Gulf view. A door from the sleeping area provides access to the furnished, covered lanai and the pathway to the beach.

The Continental Condominium resort offers free covered parking, on-site laundry facilities, a Gulf-front seasonally heated pool, picnic area with grills, pool table and easy beach access. Poolside you can grab a bite or cool off with your favorite beverage from the beach bar next door.

Continental #112 is located a half-mile from the popular outdoor mall Pier Park and across the street from Gulf World Marine Park. You are also within walking distance of many local restaurants.

This was the perfect location for my trip. Walk out the patio door and there is the beach. The sand is so soft and the ocean and sky is yours to view. Instructions were perfect and space was very usable for all we needed. Excellent restaurants in walking distance. Lots to do.

Smelled when we first walked in and had to buy candles and air fresheners, Black mold in bathroom, food under beds and in ac unit, floor was filthy, dishes are so dated there useless, not enough linens, probably some other stuff im forgetting

We were pleased with the location and proximity and access to the beach were great. Upon arrival (we arrived maybe 20 minutes before the 4:00 checkin time), we found our room, but because we were early, the access code for the room had not been activated. The instructions said our parking pass would be in our room, and based on some reviews I'd read, we wanted to make sure we secured the pass so we wouldn't have issues. When we got into the room, the pass was no where to be found. I called the phone number that was given and I suppose it was the number for the front desk (not part of the management team the VRBO was affiliated with). The young lady who i spoke with advised me to look in all the drawers, cabinets, closets, bathroom. The parking pass was not in the room, so she said she'd get ahold of the management team and they'd call me, or she would. She did, and had my husband go to the front desk where she issued a written pass. Not a smooth checkin in my book. The room was adequate, but the furnishings were outdated and somewhat "chintzy". That's ok as long as the room & bathroom was clean. I'd say it was passable, but not great. The cabinets had drips of some sort running down them, which could have easily been wiped off. The bathroom was ok, but we were issued 1 roll of toilet paper. We had to buy more. We were issued soap for the dishwasher, but there wasn't 1 in the room. I could comment more, but I am out of room. Just wasn't what we expected, but had a good time.

Mini vacation

This place was the perfect and affordable. Our room was on the 1st so we were steps to the beach. The room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was heated and very well maintained. I would definitely stay again when another trip to Panama City Beach arises.

Great location

The beds and sofa were very soft, but we were able to sleep without back aches. Both cooking pans were small. We had to buy all groceries, but there was paper toweling and one toilet paper roll there - without a toilet paper holder. Appliances were very good including full size refrigerator with big freezer on top.

Great Location

Covered parking right outside the unit with walk-out beach access on the other side of the unit. Located on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a popular pier. Doesn’t get any better than that! Bring your beach towels and gear. We had a blast. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly and available although we didn’t need them for anything.

Continental Condiminiums

For a building that was built in the 70's it has been fairly well maintained. A couple things could use some attention such as: 1. Toilet flusher handle/chain needs servicing. It still works but you have to hold down the lever until the toilet bowl empties completely before releasing the handle. 2. Fridge door looks old / rusty with visible stains on the door. Fridge works fine it just looks old and in need of a replacement.

Nice place!

Great condo with everything you need. The location right on the outdoor patio was great, just a fews steps from the beach and no need for stairs/elevator. Some folks may want more privacy, but it was perfect for us.

Cute, place on the beach. Location and price were excellent. There was a ton of communication, too much actually. But when we found it had no shower curtain, we waited hours for a response and even longer for a curtain. Rec'd 1 at 4pm and another at 8pm. Floor was dirty on arrival and our feet were black. It felt greasy. Mattress near window needs to be replaced. Didn't care much for the 9am checkout time.
