Seacrest is casually upscale, making it easy for guests to find endless relaxation. Turn off your phone and forget about your emails as you explore all that Seacrest has to offer. The area's legendary sugar-white sand and turquoise water are only part of what makes Seacrest a true getaway.

NEARBY BEACH ACCESS
1. Seacrest Drive Access is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Seacrest Drive. A short boardwalk leads to a dune walkover high atop a bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

2. Seabreeze Beach Access in Seacrest is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Seabreeze Trail, about 1/2 mile east of Camp Creek Lake. It has a shower but no parking. A short boardwalk through a coastal grove leads to a dune walkover high atop a bluff with a commanding view of the Gulf of Mexico.

3. Gulf Lakes Access is on Scenic 30A about 1/4 mile east of Camp Creek Lake and about 100 yards east of Pelican Circle. Halfway down the boardwalk there is a bike rack and shower but no car parking. The dune walkover sits on a high bluff overlooking the gulf.

HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including front porch. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
*Capacity for 3 vehicles in the driveway.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Space must remain pet free!

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
