Set just minutes from the sugar-white sands of Inlet Beach, this charming coastal retreat blends timeless 30A style with modern comfort. Painted in a soft seaside blue, the home is nestled among leafy palms and breezy walkways, placing you within easy reach of Scenic Highway 30A, Camp Helen State Park, and the vibrant shops and dining of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.
Step inside to find a bright, airy living space designed for connection. Sunlight streams through tall windows, illuminating the cozy sectional sofa, fireplace, and TV—perfect for relaxed evenings after a day at the beach. Gather around the circular dining table or the kitchen island, where a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and barstool seating makes every meal a celebration.
Three spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensure privacy and comfort for groups of up to eight. The primary suite offers a king bed, spa-like bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, while the second suite features another king bed and a sleek walk-in shower. The third suite combines flexibility with a king bed and two twins—ideal for families or friends traveling together.
Outside, classic southern porches invite you to sip coffee in rocking chairs, grill up a feast on the BBQ, or unwind on the balcony with warm Gulf breezes as your backdrop. With a washer/dryer and ample parking, longer stays are effortless.
Whether you’re exploring the nearby coastal dune lakes, biking along 30A’s scenic paths, or catching sunset over the emerald waters, 30A Ciel Bleu is your front-row seat to Florida’s most beloved shoreline.
AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
*** Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival.

Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
