The White Sand Villa: double balconies overlooking golf course + near the beach

Welcome to the upgraded, quiet, spacious White Sand Villa at Edgewater Beach Resort. It sleeps 8 comfortably in 1500 square feet with double balconies overlooking the golf course.

Inside, the spacious, comfortable living room features a new sleeper sofa, recliner, 55" smart TV, ceiling fan, and lighting. Blackout curtains adorn the full length windows/sliding glass doors which offer access to the main balcony with new Adirondack seating to soak up the golf course view. Also downstairs is a remodeled bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, new granite counter, and sink.

A full kitchen features all appliances plus a blender, toaster and traditional coffee pot. New granite countertops, granite bar top, sink, faucet, and more offer an ideal location for any of your meal prep. The kitchen overlooks a gorgeous dining table for six plus bar seating for two.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the golf course water feature, new Smart TV with streaming capabilities, closet, blackout curtains, and ensuite bathroom with new tiled walk-in shower, granite counters, and sink. Just down the hall is the guest bedroom with two queen beds, smart TV with streaming capabilities, blackout blinds, and access to a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, granite counters, and sink.

Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer, high speed fiber WiFI, steaming TV, and beach towels are available for guest use.

The villa is two stories and positioned in the 100 building on the golf course near the pedestrian bridge to the beach and to the convention center. The double balcony overlooks the water feature and the iconic island green of the golf course. Set in the interior of the resort, you'll enjoy peace and quiet rarely found elsewhere on property yet be close enough to the beach and highlights of the resort to enjoy it all.

A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right down the street.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold (not a charge) on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
