Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Spend your vacation in comfort and style at Long Beach Resort. Located on the 10th floor of Tower 4, this condo has so much to offer. This tastefully decorated 750 sq ft condo is just the place for you to get away and relax. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay.

Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf and full black out curtains for when you wish to sleep in. The condo accommodates 4 persons with a king bed in the master and a queen sleeper in the living room.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped and the condo seats four at the dining table.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. This condo provides free wifi access and free local/long distance calls to the US and Canada.

This a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

Great for couples get away!

We had an amazing time at Kims condo! The place is perfect for 2 people. I would totally recommend. If i were going to be picky all I could say is, the placwe may need a little update. Some of the chairs are rusted out on the balcony, the tv in the bedroom is tiny but thats nit picky lol. I would stay again!

Great Location and Price!

We booked this last second and it was really everything as advertised. Long Beach Resort is our favorite place to stay at. For the price we couldn’t have asked for anything else. The paperwork was also very quick and easier than some places. Would recommend.

View and resort was great. Just could not get in room for 2 hours one day because door key pad went out and had to be changed out. Then had a 2 hour deal with getting beach chairs not being assigned, that we were not aware of. Check out was at 10am, we ask if we could stay an extra 2 hour because of all the orthorhombic issues, they said so check out was at 10. Very rude without any explanation.

The condo was all we needed for our week long stay. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Too bad one of the elevators was out of order and the other one was questionable. I’m really glad it didn’t break down, too because 10 floors is a long trek.

Very satisfied!

My wife and I celebrated our 38 year anniversary and we loved the condo! The view was amazing, the check-in process was simple and painless, the communication with the host was excellent! We would definitely recommend, and will be renting again from Kims condos!

Needs updates

The condo is very dated. Even though it was probably clean, it didn’t seem clean. The carpet had a couple of stains, the oven looked to be from the 80’s and had rust on the front. One of the eyes on the stove didn’t work. It really needs a makeover. It just seemed kind of gross. I called to see if we could get another unit but they said there was nothing available. I will never rent from Kim’s Condos.

Served its purpose, could use some updating

Kim's Condos has great communication. Check in process was very easy. I actually loved that the unit had carpet. After a long day on the sand, the soft carpet was nice! I have stayed in other 1 bedroom units at Long Beach and would swear this unit seemed much smaller. In my opinion the unit was very outdated. In which decor/cabinetry does not hold a big value in our stay, however, I was shocked at how outdated all of the appliances were, and lack of cookware and utensils, the multiple stains on the countertops, the poor condition of the patio furniture on the balcony. The A/C worked very well. The bedroom sliding glass door needs repair on the handle. The pull out sofa mattress, is by far the thinnest I've ever seen in comparison to the other condos we have stayed at. Overall, the unit served its purpose.

Perfect location!

Our stay was great! The location is perfect and the view is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. We had one minor issue with the toilet that was addressed and fixed promptly. They even allowed a later checkout the morning of our departure completely complimentary!

Florida vacation

The condo and complex were very clean. The views from balcony were beautiful. Kitchen and bathroom could use an update. Property manager was very quick to answer any of our questions.

The unit looked as it was not cleaned very well. My wife cleaned the bathroom, rewatched the dishes, and also washed the bed sheets before we could relax. In the defense of the service we used they did refund me the cleaning fees.

. Everything you need to check in at hotel is mail to your home address and you just have to drive through the gate at the hotel without checking in with anyone, unload your car and go to your room. This was so easy!
