Nice low key locale

The property managers were quick to resolve an issue we had and treated us well. Beds were comfy, the place clean, and in all a quiet locale with little traffic while just a short walk to a stretch of beach that is low key considering the high rises elsewhere in the area. Incredible sandy beaches. It still felt local compared to the new developments. Do not miss the little donut stand just east on 30A!

I gave it 5 stars, because only complint was mattresses. Everything else was great. Loved the layout of condo and great location. Away from real busy areas, but plenty close by if you need it. Would definitely stay again.

We wanted to explore the emerald coast area after not being there for over 10 years. We found this property because of pet - friendly. Unfortunately, we were disappointed about the location, though it was away from the hustle of 30 A and Panama City. No area to safely walk pets on Front Street. Also we were not informed about the cable TV system. Since it rained quite often we seeked cable TV. Tell guests they need to bring their passwords to access Net Flix, Hulu, etc on the TV. The accomodations were very comfortable.

Large Clean Property

We were pleasantly surprised on how spacious and very clean this property was. My parents were staying a block away and we booked this last minute because we needed a dog friendly place. The $150 dog fee is never mentioned until you pay and sign some pretty lengthy and detailed paperwork that is digitally sent. For a hefty cleaning fee I was surprised how many strict little rules they had like taking out all the trash yourself but maybe it’s common for the area. The beach is an easy five minute walk down a somewhat busy two-lane highway. We were unfortunately there during beach restoration which made this walk much longer for several days of our stay or we just drove to the dog beach about 15mins away. This isn’t the property’s fault but something to look up before you book a trip! There is a closet in the back with a wagon and sand toys but the chair and umbrella were broken so don’t bother with those unless they get replaced. Overall a nice stay for what we needed on this trip!

Family Vacation very nice place

This was perfect for the family, not located near the party beaches of Panama so we did not have to deal with any young adult partiers, but close enough to everything we love about panama city. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was only 100 yards from the beach so not a long track at all so close that we did not have to lug any food as we could just pop back and forth to the house.

Good property location and good overall impression of the property. Except WiFi was poor. Did not work after day two of our stay. Reported it- but no progress ever communicated. This was in convenient given I had several remote work responsibilities to complete while on vacation.

Great property to get away, too. Walking distance to the beach was very nice to have, and close proximity to Rosemary is also a plus. Overall property was in good shape, and check in was very easy.

The accommodations are not 5 star. It is nice and clean but your focus should rightly be on the beach access and the area. The beach was fantastic and the access to restaurants and grocery stores was great. It was a 3-5 minute walk from the beach. The beach is immaculate. The beachgoers were mature. Everything worked in the rental. The appliances, WIFI, etc. There is not much of a view, but the shared backyard was nice to play CanJam, and the kitchen/grill allowed us to save on eating out and I like to cook. The property is well used (everything squeaked, floors, beds, doors) and so I am unsure about the price/value consideration. Enjoy your vacation!

Excellent Stay

Spacious accommodation. Very close to the beach. Two car parking was a Plus. Loved the balcony. All amenities were provided. Internet, TV, kitchen stuff etc. Wish we could see the ocean from the house. Also, wished the local beach was open to pets. Had to drive to the downtown beach for our four legged companion to enjoy the sand and water. Overall, loved our experience and would highly recommend this place. Regards

Great Location!

The house was just what we were looking for. Took two of our small dogs and our two kids. The house had beach chairs and toys for the kids which was perfect! I think the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Beautiful clear waters, minimal crowds and awesome sand!

Nice quiet area, close to beach access, very comfortable beds and nice fluffy towels. We found the property clean, well stocked and just as pictured and described. Truly enjoyed our stay.
