Welcome to Carillon Beach Inn Unit #307, located within the Carillon Beach Resort on the western edge of Panama City Beach. This recently updated, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo, is located on the third floor of the building which has a fantastic vantage of Lake Carillon and the surrounding resort. The floor plan is unique in the fact the bedroom is located on the south side of the building, away from the walkway, plus it will have you waking up to fantastic water views.



Carillon Beach Resort, in close proximity to Rosemary Beach and Pier Park! Enjoy the luxurious amenities of the resort, including 7 private beach accesses, 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, and dining option & shopping in Downtown Carillon. The resort encompasses 104 acres of exquisite landscape and 3,900 linear feet of sugar-white beachfront.


Check in information will be sent 24 hours prior to check in. Check in time is 4pm, this gives house keeping enough time to clean and sanitize the property. Access is a smart lock, code will work at 4:00pm.

Unit #307 is a recently updated, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo inside the Carillon Beach Inn complex on the third floor, located within the greater Carillon Beach Resort. The bedroom has water views and comes equipped with a king-size bed and plush bedding. The private balcony, located just off of the bedroom, overlooks beautiful Lake Carillon – a great place to enjoy morning coffee or take in the sunset.

Beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a wagon included. Bike rentals onsite.

The living room features a comfortable couch that opens to a queen sofa bed. There is also a 65-inch smart TV. The kitchen is well provisioned with basic cookware. Please note there is a stovetop, however no oven. There is a toaster oven.

We provide enough Toilet paper, Paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, dish soap/detergent until you can get to the store. Hotel like supplies (We do not restock during your stay)

Effective April 2025, there is a resort fee $37.50 that includes one parking pass and QR code to access resort amenities. For an extra parking pass there will be an additional $37.50 fee. We will send you a link after booking to register your vehicle(s).

All refunds could be subject to a 10% processing fee depending on what platform you booked through. Any payments processed through Stripe will incur this expense, should a refund be requested.
