Calypso 908W Renovated Gulf-Front Escape

Indulge in luxury at one of the most sought-after vacation condo buildings in Panama City Beach! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit spans over 1,300 square feet and sleeps up to 8 people. Recently renovated, it features new flooring throughout, an upgraded kitchen, fresh paint, new furnishings and lighting, and a luxurious master bathroom. Situated on the 9th floor, the balcony offers great views above the street noise, showcasing stunning gulf, coastline, and sunset vistas.

Step outside to enjoy a swim in the large kid-friendly pool or head directly to the white sugar-sand beach and relax in the sun all day long.

As a guest, you’ll have access to the resort’s outstanding amenities, including two swimming pools, four poolside firepits, a tiki bar, and a newly renovated fitness room with gulf views. Pier Park, located just across the street, offers dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Parking: Managed through Calypso Resort Parking. Starting January 10th, 2025, the cost is $60 per car per stay, with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Rates are subject to change according to HOA guidelines.

We had a wonderful stay- the condo was beautiful in the photos and even more beautiful in person. It was very clean. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The patio had plenty of furniture for all of us to sit and we loved the gliding Adirondack chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and included everything we needed for meals in. The condo location was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

The property was perfectly laid out. Quiet and had all the amenities and had recently been updated. The view and access to the beach and pool was also wonderful! We spent time for the Ironman Florida and perfect location close to Pier and lots of shops and food.

The condo is beautiful, spacious and located close to everything. The beach chair service offered is a bonus! Our only complaint would be the master bedroom mattress which is very uncomfortable.

Perfect condo

Calypso 908West was very clean and nicely decorated. It's location to the pier, shops and restaurants is perfect. There is no need for a car. The view from the balcony was amazing. The owners made sure to leave a little welcome snack which was nice. We would definitely stay there again. Warren Beach Rentals made the check in and out process a breeze.

Property was great!- very clean & modern, looked like the pictures shared, had everything we needed in kitchen and with bedding/ towels, & had a fabulous view of beach/ocean, pools, & pier. Within walking distance to Pier 53, Pier Park shopping and restaurants, & Gulf World. Thankful for the parking garage & walkway over busy street, and for the beach chairs/umbrella that came with the stay.

Great Condo!!

This condo was great in every way. It was clean (most important), good location (walking distance to Pier Park), comfortable beds and furniture, 9th floor perfect, beautiful beach seen from balcony, clean pool, convenient parking. We also enjoyed having the HUB across the street for breakfast, snacks, and even PCB gifts. The included two chairs and umbrella were an extra bonus.

Enjoyed our week at the beach in Calypso 908 west. The unit was just lovely. Felt like it was brand new. The beds were super comfortable, and the decor was unique and tasteful. By far the best unit we have had at Calypso. This was the first time we had used Warren Beach Rentals, they came highly recommended and did NOT disappoint. First class team, service, and we felt we receive exceptional value and will definitely be back.

Great location! Condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. The only issue we had was that the door code box stopped working and needed a new battery. Took maintenance 3 hours to fix. Other than that it was a perfectly good place for a family! The view at sunset was beautiful.

Amazing place

What you see is what you get with condo absolutely amazing. Everything you need for a large family. The master bedroom bed is so comfortable and spacious. My kids said there's was also comfortable. The room has everything you need even fans for those white noise sleepers, which was wonderful because I never have room to pack a fan. Don't waste the two beach chairs that are included so many people do. I do wish a little more beach supplies was included but not a con. The sunset from the room is breathtaking. You are within walking distance to Pier Park. The only negative comment I would have has nothing to do with the room or owner but the wait time for elevator is horrible and for a condo that size there's only 14 sun chairs at the pool for tower 1 & 2. So if you don't get there early you will be laying out on a towel. I would recommend and stay again

Beautiful and Comfy

We had an excellent stay in Calypso 908W. We love that it's high enough to see in the water but low enough not to minimize elevator time. Our group camped out at west end of beach so location perfect to watch kids. Eating area is perfect size for our large group. Wonderfully decorated! We loved remodeled master bath and the rest of our group shared the second bathroom without issues, loving the large vanity for all the girls' stuff. Air conditioner kept the place cool. Beds were comfortable and clean. Entire condo was very clean! So convenient to have washer and dryer in the unit and we did a lot of laundry to keep up with our crew. One of my most favorite things about the condo was the seating on the balcony. The 2-seater was great to sit and read a book. The lounger was great to get some sun and take a nap. But my favorite was the tall chairs with step! I was thrilled when they rocked. I ate lunch there every day and sat in them to watch the kids below. They were the best!
