3 Le deuxiÚme étage est le sol parfait! Profitez de l'ascenseur privé au milieu du bùtiment et évitez les files d'attente! Assez haut pour profiter de la plage et du rivage et assez bas pour ne jamais avoir à se soucier des escaliers ou de l'ascenseur. C'est comme avoir votre maison de plage privée!

Great rental! Had several “extras” in the guest closet that many other units do not offer. Had an issue with door lock that was immediately resolved. Warren Beach Rentals were very helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

Beautiful Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean and accurately described...the view is remarkable. We had a couple maintenance issues, but management was very quick to respond, very polite and took care of everything. This is a great property, but I will say, the pool area was not always kid-friendly. Some of the guests got pretty rowdy. Security was quick to take action one evening during our stay, so everything was fine. Something else I would commend this property on is the elevators. They were always very quick and clean. We've stayed at properties where the elevators were a nightmare, but this one was perfect.

This was a great spot , close to pretty much everything! The staff was very friendly and always cleaning, the only thing that needed attention was the shower curtain it was mildewed but everything thing else was great!

Month Getaway

Views were wonderful on the Gulf. Condo was quite big and was great for when family visited. I would definitely stay there again. We had an issue with the bathroom and they came within an hour to fix it. Impressed with the communication. Could use updates on the couch and chairs in the living area space. Great parking.

Great location beautiful property

We spent one week at this beautiful property! It was extremely clean and as advertised. We had no complaints and the location was perfect. There was 7 of us total we were able to use the kitchen and other amenities without difficulty. The close proximity to the beach made this ideal along with the beach chair rentals. Highly recommend!!!

Great Place to Stay!

Location was close to everything. Parking was very easy and staff was excellent. Traffic was, well its Panama so heavy, but not difficult to navigate. Golf kart rentals, jet skis, kayaks are all within walking distance. Will be back. Family had a great time. Condo was very clean. Thank you!

I’m a stickler for cleanliness and it met my expectations. Perfect location and I loved that it wasn’t surrounded by other high-rises. I didn’t realize there were no hot tubs but that’s my fault. If you are planning on cooking in the unit, there is minimal bakeware. Overall, lovely stay!

Great condo and location. Good price.

Being on the second floor was great for the kids going up and down from the pool and beach. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs in the laundry room. Pool was heated and the beach was easy to access and clean. Pier and Pier Park (restaurants) were within walking distance. Parking is in the garage across (busy) Front Beach Rd and is $20 per vehicle. There is a loading/unloading area by the condos, so the kids don't have to cross the busy street. Carts for luggage are in the parking garage pedway (inconvenient, but not a big deal).

Fantastic location and accommodation

This is a beautiful condo that is very well maintained. The pool, enormous beach, and gorgeous ocean vista right outside our balcony was incredible. It was also a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The rental management company was very quick in response to questions we had. We hope to return to this condo in PCB!

I brought three of my kids and four grandkids! Plenty of space for all in the condo. Questions were answered on Vrbo within minutes prior to trip! Great location with close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the beach!! Not a single complaint with the unit! The beach had more garbage than the other three locations in PCB I have stayed in in the past.

Great Condo and location

My wife and I have stayed at this resort for several years. When the unit we usually rent was booked we tried this one out and will be book marking it for future rental. The unit is well furnished....with it being low floor you don't have to mess with waiting for an elevator. It should be noted that most units dont provide a lot of dishes....this one does!! 5 stars and recommend!

Terrific stay

The room was very clean and the furnishings were beautiful. We noticed a few issues but all very minor. The door jam to the main entrance of our room appeared to have been broken but the door still closed and locked properly. The main bathroom shower knob was broken but still worked. Also, the key pad to the front door must have been loosing battery power as it only worked on occasion. All very minor and we really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. I really appreciated the great communication before, during and after our stay!
