Chasing Rays sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Panama City Beach. The resort offers direct beach access steps from your building, three pools, two kiddie pools, a hot tub, billiards room, fitness center, two grilling areas, and The Sand Bar poolside restaurant.

Pier Park, the area's premier entertainment district with 120-plus stores, restaurants, and the SkyWheel observation wheel, is about 10 minutes west. Shell Island, an undeveloped barrier island famous for snorkeling and dolphin sightings, is reachable by boat from St. Andrews State Park, roughly 20 minutes east. St. Andrews is one of Florida's top-rated state parks for kayaking, hiking, and fishing.

For dining, Sharky's Beachfront and Schooners serve Gulf seafood on the sand, each 5 to 10 minutes away. Firefly, winner of the Golden Spoon Award, is roughly 15 minutes out. The Back Porch serves fresh catch daily about 10 minutes down Front Beach Road. Shipwreck Island Waterpark is a 12-minute drive and Cobra Adventure Park with mini golf is 10 minutes away. Dolphin cruises depart from nearby marinas 15 minutes from the condo. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is a 25-minute drive.

Parking

Parking is available on-site at the resort. The first vehicle is 40 dollars and each additional vehicle is 15 dollars. No EV charging station on the property. Passes and instructions are provided at check-in.

House Rules

We want every guest to have an amazing stay, and a few simple guidelines help make that happen. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests including children and infants. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout before 10:00 AM. Non-smoking property. Please keep noise respectful after 10 PM. No pets. The condo has smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher. Exterior security cameras are present on the property. Please treat furnishings with care as everything was chosen to create a great experience for you and future guests. If anything comes up, our team responds within an hour.
