SeaHavenPCB is our beach retreat that we are excited to share with you! We have enjoyed renting with VRBO before and now can offer our own home for VRBO clients to enjoy! We understand that this is our first and there are no reviews yet. We would like to entice you to be our first to review and enjoy our home at a discount.

We love PCB and enjoy how convenient the location is! It is right in the middle of everything fun about Panama City Beach, without being crowded. There are several public beach accesses within 100’ of the front door. The sunsets are absolutely amazing and if you are an early riser, you can get great sunrises as well. The beach is quiet in this area because there aren’t large hotels or condo complexes in front of us enjoying the same beach space.

You can also sit on the balcony and enjoy the views from the comforts of home. There is a large ocean front balcony and seating with a table to even take your meals or games outside. We updated the condo in November with new floors in the bedrooms, fresh paint in the bedrooms, brand new Smart TVs in all rooms, fresh linens, new Incredible king size bed in the owner's suite, king bed in the second bedroom and a queen bed plus a twin bed in the third bedroom. We also have two extra twins stowed away if you need to pull that out for extra sleeping arrangements. We recently added a full size pool table to the garage and will be adding a ping pong topper shortly to make it a great playroom.

We live here part-time and enjoy this home throughout the year. The Sunsets never get old nor do the walks on the beach with our favorite beverage. We invite you to enjoy it too and have tried to include all the comforts of home that we too would want in a vacation rental. We do not live on site but are a text or call away to assist with any of your needs.

Getting to the condo is fairly easy and nearly all the roads leading to the gulf are 4 lanes to reduce traffic jams. The Beaches International Airport ( ECP ) is 20-25 minutes away and an easy Uber,Lyft or car ride away.

There is so much to do within minutes of the condo. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The condo is less than 2 miles from the famous Pier Park, featuring many restaurants like Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, Longhorns and many others. There are plenty of shops there as well and great entertainment options. We are also within a couple of miles to Ripley’s, Pineapple Willy’s, Wonderworks, and all the entertainment of East Panama City Beach. Just a short 15 minute drive gets you to Hunt’s Oyster Bar, Andy’s Flower Power and several other local favorites. There are multiple public golf courses, miniature golf courses and go cart tracks all around the condo. The county and city pier are both within a couple miles and allow fishing or spectating. There are several marinas that are a 10-15 minute drive where you can rent a boat or book a fishing trip. We are an easy 20-30 minute drive to all of “30A” ( Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, WaterSound Beach, Seagrove Beach, Seaside Beach, WaterColor, Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach. Destin is about an hour minute drive and offers Harbor Walk with lots of entertainment and waterfront dining as well as a huge fishing fleet and rental boats and jet skis.

No matter if you are coming to Panama City Beach and SeaHavenPCB for the first time or if you have been many times there is always something fun to do! Thru out the year there are festivals, car shows, cruise ins, motorcycle rally’s, athletic competitions and tons of activities. Of course, you can always just relax on the beach, on the balcony or in the condo taking in all the scenery and recharging yourself!!

Amazing stay

We came to PCB for our son’s Sr trip. They had a beach house rented and we wanted a place close to them without staying with them. And this locations was perfect. It was right across from their house and walking distance to the beach. The house is quiet, no loud neighbors and we loved having a garage to park in.

The home itself was nice. The owner was nice. Communication with him showed that he was concerned. The issue I had was that the home was not clean at all, to the point of discomfort. The cleaners must have came through in a hurry, I would fire them if this were my property because it was pretty ridiculous. The counter tops had not even been wiped down. The furniture was dingy and at least needs to be cleaned if not replaced. There were no pillow cases for the pillows. The bed linens in the master suite need to be thrown out they were old and even had fuzz balls on them. Please get some crispy white bed linens. I washed all of the bed linens so that we could sleep better. The beds were comfortable. We had no toilet paper or paper towels. I called the owner about it and he gave me a $50 refund to go get some. As far as that goes
 it was the best he could do. The owner notified me that the dish washer was broken and said that someone would come fix it but no one ever came so unfortunately we did leave the dirty dishes in the sink
.. why load a broken dishwasher. The location was great, I literally spent the majority of my time rocking on the porch while my teenagers explored PCB independently. The view and the balcony were the best. I loved the private garage and the fact that there were several bikes to ride, a pool table and plenty of beach equipment. I would stay there again if I could get a guarantee that it would be clean and complete with clean linens.

PERFECTION

Spent 8 wonderful days for bike week at this beautiful place. We loved having the garage to store the motorcycles to the location. Just a few steps to beach access and had the beach almost to ourselves. It’s so convenient to everything and private. We wanted to be able to see Front beach rd to enjoy the motorcycles go by and the balcony was awesome. Unit is immaculate with everything you need. John is a joy to work with and everything is as described.

Excellent Place to stay

This property is super close to the beach and has beautiful views. The condo itself was spacious enough for everyone in our group to spread out. The garage space is HUGE and has pretty much everything we needed to go to the beach (buckets, shovels, wagon, tent, frisbees, bikes, etc) plus space to store our trailer. We biked/walked to to The Pour, a very cute coffee shop, and the other local shops are very close by. We will stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

This property was better than we ever imagined! It was very easy to check in, check out, very spacious and clean too! The view of the beach is perfect and the walk to the beach is very short. The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you’ll need. Lots of beach chairs, beach towels, games for rainy days, pots and pans and spices. The owners make sure you feel at home with great linens, beds, pillows, towels, shampoo, body wash and soap too! This was the best place we’ve ever stayed and we will be back for sure!

Nice property, close to beach access

Nicely decorated, comfortable, close to beach access. We liked having hardwood and tile for flooring instead of carpeting. Comfortable beds, nice linens, good closet space. We appreciated the elevator to haul our groceries and suitcases up to the third floor. There were a few beach chairs and beach towels to use and plenty of parking off street in the spacious garage. It can be a bit noisy on the front deck on the weekend with traffic in front of the unit but it may have just been spring breakers. Overall a nice property, we would stay again.
