This unit has an extra-large bathroom, washer/drier and phenomenal views down the east coastline. Don't miss out on this one! Boardwalk boasts of its architectural design, grand entrance into the lobby, extra-large community room leading to the paved deck around the pool with beach access. Lagoon style pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, exercise and sauna room. Full Time Security at the entrance. Conveniently located to marinas, dining, shopping and entertainment, Walmart, Gift Shops & Pier Park. Shopping Center.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any condo complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a children's play area.

There is a Tiki Bar here with live music on weekends.

What's nearby:
Guests will be surrounded by many local restaurants serving local seafood, including Montego Bay Seafood House & Oyster Bar and Firefly (both just under two miles away). Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just over six miles away! Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just under two miles from this condo.

- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Cute little studio with beach/ocean view balcony. Condo could have been cleaner and some of the appliances were sketchy. Washer and dryer in listing did not work and when maintenance was called, they were unable to repair it while we were there.

Are overall stay was good. We liked the location of the property. The unit could use a good dusting on the wooden furniture, the nick nacks on the shelving unit, and the small portable fan. The lock on the sliding door is completely rusted, therefore, making it hard to open and shut. It needs to be replaced. We would recommend the unit to other customers.

Pp])The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice room. Very clean. Everything we needed. Fridge and kitchen area. Really nice bathroom with shower and separate tub. Bed was very comfy. Flat pillows. Decent view of the ocean from the side of the building. No condo or hotel on our side of the building, so we also had a nice view of the area. Good location on the beach. Not crowded. Unfortunately we had set friday as our pool day, only to receive a text saying the pool was closed. We were not able to use the pool. Very disappointed in that. Otherwise it was very nice. Quiet. Security gate with guard. Lots of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Close to pretty much everything. We would definitely stay again. 8-10-25

We give our stay 5 stars across the board. I will say I’m usually pretty picky with the cleanliness of where we stay, and this condo was 10/10. Probably the cleanest condo I have ever stayed at. The view from the balcony was perfect. The room was just big enough for the two of us. Check-in instructions and communication were easy to follow. The location itself in PCB was in just the right spot. Not too crowded, but enough people that it wasn’t boring. Overall we had no issues and just might be back!

Lovely little condo with AMAZING view!

I came to visit my sister. She stayed with me a couple of nights (just put some sheets on the couch and didn’t bother folding it out). The rest of the time I was on my own. I couldn’t have booked a more perfect place for myself. I spent every night sitting on the patio. Amazing views of the coastline and city! If you are a solo traveler, BOOK THIS! You won’t be disappointed! The condo complex has a bar and grille next to the pool and there is also a little corner market near the pool as well. If you wanted to come and stay on the beach and not have to rent a car or uber to get everywhere this place has you covered. The bar and grille even had live music on the weekend! I already want to go back!

Great Beach

Pros: property and beach are clean and the workers are friendly and helpful; great view of the beach from the balcony; beautifully decorated, security at entrance was a plus also Cons: very small until, the pictures make it appear much much larger than it is; two people max as there is not any room to actually open the pull out couch and then walk around it to the balcony or other side of the bed; nowhere for luggage, clothing, etc.; the kitchen is not for cooking, no countertop or sharp knives to cut anything and the sink is super small; the kitchen table to seat 4 has to be pulled into the middle of the room to be useable which cannot happen if the couch is pulled out; the combo washer/dryer did not dry a thing, maintenance came to look but needed to take the unit totally apart to clean the filters (This should have been done when the last reviewer complained of this issue!); no place to store beach equipment although there was one chair and a float under the bed I would stay at this property again, just not this until. It is too small and cluttered with unusable furniture and decor.

Fun Stay!

Fantastic little room, says 4 but it is more like 2 comfortably but we made it work. I would definitely stay there again with just my husband. With the kids we needed more room. The view was great and the room was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

Pleasant Condo for a Family beach Getaway

The check in process was smooth, and we had no issues. The first night we enjoyed the live music by the pool. We all agreed the set up of the pool with the restaurant and 2 spa tubs and live music with a little shop was an awesome set up. The beach was just a short walk away, and there is a little splash pad for toddlers by pool as well. Our room was bright and modern looking, the couch was comfortable and so was the bed. We enjoyed that the TV had netflix and youtube. I noticed there was a lot of dust under the bed and even some trash, so that obviously got missed and was a little disappointing. The bathroom had a big bathtub, which I was excited for! Unfortunately, the hot water ran out very early and the tub could not fill even close to half way. The shower water got plenty hot and it was a nice. There was no toilet paper anywhere, though. We liked the big double sinks and there was a lot of storage. There were even 3 detergent pods for the washer/dryer for us. One of the biggest issues we had; however, was the wash/dryer did NOT dry the clothes. They seemed to just get very hot, but remain damp. We ended up hanging our things to dry for the entirety of our stay. The kitchen had plenty, even an airfryer. There were dryer sheets and dishsoap. There were no trashbags or papertowels. Towels by pool, working dryer, stocked paper products/trashbags, hotwater, and cleaning under the bed are our recommendations. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Awesome stay

We really enjoyed it and will be back next year for the entire month of February! The condo was beautiful, it was immaculate and had everything you could ever need! The staff at the Boardwalk were all exceptionally friendly and ready to help you out if needed!! The grounds were beautifully maintained and the beach was pristine! Highly recommend

Was perfect for us to have breakfast on the balcony and was quiet at night. The pool was great and the beach was perfect. Was easy to get to restaurants and activities. Would be great to have a guest book to recommend things to do or places to eat that was enjoyed during stay for other guests.

Would book again

Great location on the beach and really nice view. Good space for a couple and maybe small children but would likely be tight for 4 adults. Kitchen is small - fine if you don’t cook a lot. If you’re looking to cook every meal, it’s probably too compact. Elevators need A/C or fans - it was quite stuffy. Kids have to get out of the pool for 10 minutes each hour for a safety break. Love that rule!
