This 1,405-square-foot corner condo has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with 50 feet of wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling glass framing panoramic Gulf and pier views.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 8):

The primary suite has a king bed, a private sliding door straight onto the balcony, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and USB/USB-C charging lamps at each nightstand.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, shiplap accents, and the same USB/USB-C charging lamps.

The custom-built bunk room works for kids, teens, or anyone who wants their own space, with two full beds and a twin, power nooks, USB charging, and shiplap walls.

Every bedroom has its own 55-inch Smart TV with streaming apps and Dish Satellite.

GROCERY CONCIERGE:

Send Coastal Vibes Concierge your grocery list before you arrive, and your fridge and cupboards will be stocked before you walk in the door. You only pay for the groceries themselves (Publix, Walmart, or Target).

BEACH SERVICE:

Two loungers and an umbrella are set up for you on the beach every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM by Aquatic Paradise, seasonally from March 15 through October 31. Additional chairs can be rented directly through them if your group needs more.

POOL & HOT TUB:

The building has a shared pool and hot tub, along with a beach volleyball court.

PARKING:

Your first vehicle parks free. Register through the Aquavista HOA website and print your parking pass before you arrive, then display it on your dashboard. Spots aren't assigned, it's first come, first served, so it's worth getting settled in early rather than arriving right at check-in. A second vehicle can be added through the same site for a cost. Only one vehicle is permitted onsite during the week of July 1 through July 10.

KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY:

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a dishwasher, toaster, cups, plates, mugs, wine glasses, and silverware all included (plus kid-safe dishes for the little ones), and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge stocked at the sink. A brand-new LG stackable washer and dryer is provided, along with an ironing board, hair dryers, Tide laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

A coffee bar in the dining room is stocked for your first morning with Maxwell House coffee pouches and K-cups, sugar, sweetener, and creamer.

BATH AND BEACH ESSENTIALS:

Eight Turkish beach towels are provided for the beach, plus plush bath towels, washcloths, and makeup washcloths for the unit. Bathrooms are stocked with SoapBox Sea Minerals & Blue Iris shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, clean ingredients with no harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, or silicones, and a bar of soap is donated to someone in need with every SoapBox purchase.

TRAVELING WITH A LITTLE ONE?

A Pack 'n Play with beachy-fun fitted sheets, a booster seat, and kid-safe dishes made from non-plastic wheat composite are all provided.

THE BUILDING:

Aquavista is quiet and low-density, just 84 units across 7 floors, so there's no elevator crowding and fewer people sharing the same stretch of beach. You're minutes from Pier Park and 30A.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is 10:00 AM. Quiet hours run 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and the pool is open 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, no glass or food in the pool area. There's no front desk or office in the building, check-in is fully self-service with a smart lock. Applicable taxes are added at checkout per platform requirements. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, designated outdoor smoking areas are available in the parking garage. No pets, no events, and the primary guest booking must be 25 or older. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
