Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies.

Top of the Gulf is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world-famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and world-class entertainment and events, Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr, is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell, and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5â10-minute drive.
At the end of Thomas Drive is the gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north, and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun, or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.
