Ce condo est un 1 chambre qui dort 6!

La chambre principale a un lit queen size.

Le couloir est équipé de deux lits superposés.

Le salon a un canapé-lit.

Ce condo a 2 salles de bains, le maître est équipé avec double vasque et une douche. La deuxième salle de bain a un combo douche / baignoire.

Wasted money

On first day,whites were soaking in washer,which did not finish its cycle.Floors were sandy. Ice machine didn't work. Dishes were all chipped up. Closet had panel left off of it Don't waste your money on this place.Not enough pots and pans to cook a meal. Will never stay there again!

Unit still unmade from previous tenant

Checked in to unmade unit at 4pm had to call property Vrbo to get emergency cleaner to come and make up unit. Waited 1 hr when arrived at 5pm had to vacate unit for 2 hours checked back in 3 hrs after initial time to check in. All cables to tvs had been disconnected and after 30 min reinstalling hdmi cables every tv had been turned to Spanish. House keeper do a wonderful job. I checked in with my daughter who rented a unit in this tower, hers was a heck of a lot nicer and friendly unit than mine. She had all the cookware and dishes you could want. Mine had old chipped dishes and worn out cookware. Belt on dryer squeaked and needed replaced

Not what it appears

I could have done better staying at a Red Roof Inn based on the accommodations in this condo. The furniture was dated, outdated kitchen cabinets, the bathroom had damaged walls, the master bed and coverings were less than Walmart quality, the A/C system was loud, and lastly the picture of the ocean was just as it appears was not ocean front.

Nastiest hands down.

Dirty beds made up with the previous tenants, dirty sheets. No blankets at all. Room smells so nasty like human waste Bathroom walls has so much black mold they look like they’re rotting off Outside of shower, drywall rotted with black mold, and has holes in the wall No rugs for bathroom, kitchen or dining area. We were mostly concerned with stepping out of the tub and slipping. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Obviously it was spaghetti. Refrigerator door filthy with fingerprints and dried food inside refrigerator. Hasn’t been wiped out in a few months. Not one single hand towel, and the entire unit one dishrag one dish towel. No pot holders for removing hot food from the oven. Floor so dirty your feet stick to it and your feet get filthy the bunkbed area, so dirty and filthy with feet prints colored stains on the wall and dirty sheets from the previous tenants. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in there. TV has not worked for five out of the seven nights. We have been here. There are seven remote controls. No batteries and TV is scrambled. All of the curtains on the wall look like they are about to fall off if you touch them. If you go on Vrbo and look at this unit. The pictures it shows must be another unit because it is. I have nothing in those pictures that are in this room right now. Although the manager tried to help. I feel like she did not really care. Had to pay $50 mandatory parking fee with nowhere to park. We spent over $100 on cleaning supplies spent night in

The property was comfortable but the kitchen was definitely in need of more Essentials and gadgets such as a potato peeler. Our stay was fine but we couldn't even sit out on the balcony because of the wind

This is what we experienced when we arrived: - Sheets dirty in living room and master bedroom TO INCLUDE BLOOD STAINS AND SAND ON BUNK BED SHEETS FOR KIDS - Caked on mold on bathroom walls which was detrimental to my wife's auto-immune - Washer smoked with a small load and caused a permanent smoky smell in our clothes A very dirty and uncomfortable appearance and experience which deserves some type of compensation.

Emerald Coast Destinations is garbage and rents out garbage

First of all, emerald coast destinations doesn’t give two craps about their guests. They didn’t address my issues at all, hung up on me and the manager they promised would contact me, never did. The property was the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I had read previous reviews and I’m not picky so I told myself it couldn’t be that bad… WRONG! It was that bad and WORSE! Sand and makeup stains on the bedsheets so they obviously didn’t change the sheets between guests, black mold growing in the bathroom, down the walls, on the ceiling around the air vents, in the tile grout. You could literally peel the mold off of the grout. They don’t bother cleaning anything! Trash was left in unit. Counters weren’t even wiped down. You could see crumbs and sticky stuff all over them. We had to take the couch mattress outside to shake off all the food and junk that was all over it because the vacuum was broken. We had to go to the store and by cleaning supplies, pillows, mattress pad just to make the place livable. The pillows provided were thin and probably 30 years old and there were only 3 of them. We left all that behind when we left because we had to fly home so YOURE WELCOME! Didn’t make it to bed until 4am the first night we were there because we were up all night cleaning and washing sheets. This place should be condemned by the health department. We had the building manager come look at the wall deterioration and mold happening in the bathroom and they said there’s no way that is not causing damage to the unit below them so they are investigating.

Top buck was not made up. Unable to lock door, finally figured out problem. We found pillow under bed. Right side master bathroom sink drips. The shower has had leak in past, around shower door. The shower had mold around grout. Shower faucet handle loose. The hallway sink is stopped up, not draining. We were never able to get any sound from main TV. We rented DVD from Red Box and tried to play on main TV, poor picture quality. We had to get wall anchors to rehang heavy drapes at sliding door. The condo did not have enough parking. Security posted warning on our windshield three nights for not parking correctly at condo.

Disappointed

Location is nice and have a good view of the gulf but with this unit and the management company that's about the best I can say.. Management company could careless about customers which is reflected in how they respond and repair things that are needed . My wife and I stayed 6 days and after reporting the washer not working on the 2nd day it still wasn't working on our last day..Then after calling more than 4 times and sending message thru VRBO ( which was responded too but nothing was done) . By this time we were upset and called again and after letting the person on the other end know how we felt we were threatened with eviction.. Funny they don't like being called out. We kept records of all the calls and even took videos of the place including the washer not working, black stuff on the ceiling around all vents, wall rotting by the shower in master bath as well as the mold in the shower.. Now if you pay a cleaning and the price to pay at these places you expect better.. not thru this company.. By all means stay at GP but rent thru someone other than this management company..

Kitchen was well stocked and pretty clean. Some new furniture was nice. Shower was very dirty....unit needed some heavy duty cleaning under furniture, air returns and ducts, cooktop,, fan blades, baseboards...liked location but traffic noise was loud. Good view of beach and sunset. Some issues with management company.

The location and view for the beach is excellent. In a few minutes you could be right on the beach. A little bit far and limited for walking options of restaurants. The room itself had plenty of towels and hand bar soap. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in the room, although the dryer vent was broken. Unfortunately, the area rug was so filthy we just rolled it up and moved it out of the way. The room in general wasn’t very clean and we found old clothes on the floor. Check in and out was a little weird because the front desk didn’t have the third party information from Vrbo, and we just had to figure it out on our own. Over all I would choose this hotel again, maybe just not this room because of the lack cleanliness; and maybe not via a third party.

Very dirty and mold

DO NOT RENT this property unless you enjoy dust and mold and just downright filth. My husband and I spent 2 hours cleaning upon our arrival. There is mold in the showers and on the walls. Mold is also on the 2 vents that blow directly on you as you sleep in the most uncomfortable bed imaginable. I contacted the management company and all I got was “we are sorry and we will let the cleaning company know so they can do better” I mean seriously DO NOT RENT 902 tower 2 in grand Panama. The only good things I can say is that everything else about the grand Panama it’s self is beautiful and the pools and beach access are perfect. I would stay there but I would never rent from ECDI vacation rental property management again!!
