As you enter our lovely beach-front condo, you will notice a bedroom on the right and a bedroom on the left of the entrance hallway. We consider both of these bedrooms master bedrooms as both have king size beds and private full bathrooms. The master to the left has a shower/tub combo and Samsung LCD TV with cable. The Master to the right has a stand-up shower Vizio LCD TV with cable. Our unit also has a hallway room with a single bed (we officially are not allowed to call it a "bedroom" because it has no door or closet). The beds in this little nook is a twin-sized bed. The third full bathroom is next to the hallway room and has another stand-up shower. Our condo sleeps 6-7 comfortably (including adults and children) Perfect for family and loved ones!

Down the hallway past the bedrooms, you will enter a lovely decorated, large open-room, which includes a living room, kitchen and dinning area. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter-tops, stainless-steel appliances and 3 new, cushioned bar-stools. The dining room table has 4 comfortable chairs for a total of 7 seats for dinning. The living room includes a sofa, 2 chairs and 2 large ottomans. The sofa has comfortable seating for 3 and is a pull-out queen sleeper-bed. There is one large ottoman in front of the sofa for you to relax. There are also 2 comfortable accent chairs. One of the chairs comes with a matching ottoman. The kitchen, eating area and family room all overlook the Gulf! The family room has a large Vizio Smart LCD TV with DVD player and cable. The balcony includes 2 tables and seating for 6 and is the perfect spot for relaxing while overlooking the gorgeous sugar-sands of Panama City Beach. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway for your convenience.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time at Tidewater 2714 the only issue was some of the elevators were down which meant very long waits but other than that it was fantastic!! Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our Weekend Getaway will definitely try to get this one afain. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home away from home.

The bedrooms were nice and spacious. The small, curtain bedroom was still private and spacious. The balcony had a great view. The only downfalls of our experience would definitely be the waiting on the elevators; it just seemed like they took forever to come no matter what floor you were on. But of course that is of no fault to the rental - just the complex.

First, the condo was all you needed, fit 4 very comfortably, and the third bathroom really made it possible for everyone to have their own space. We could walk to Pier Park, 2 minute drive to Winn. Dixie for groceries, or just take the elevator to the beach. The unit does a great job at keeping noise out from neighbors and the view of the gulf lets you look out at the ocean all day. Additionally it has all you need to prep meals and relax while you are there . The one knock is the elevators. While they run fast when you are on them, the 6 cars often took 7-10 minutes to arrive during the bust times of 3-6pm. Just plan for that.Still a very satisfactory stay and you can’t beat the location.
