BeachfrontBliss is a newly renovated 12th-floor penthouse 1BD/2BA condo at Pinnacle Port, perched between Carillon Beach and Camp Helen State Park with panoramic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Powell Lake. It sleeps up to 6 and delivers a rare combination of beachfront elevation, resort amenities, and walkable access to one of the Panhandle's most charming beach communities.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area with Gulf views, a pull-out sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The private balcony gives you a front-row seat and 180-degree view of the Gulf. The master suite has a queen bed with lake vistas and a private en suite bath. Built-in twin bunks make the space flexible for families, and the second full bath keeps mornings smooth. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in, and an in-unit washer and dryer handle the practical side of a longer stay.

Outside, the Pinnacle Port community offers two pools including one heated, four pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, a fitness center, saunas, and a dock. Carillon Market Street is steps away with local shops, restaurants, and Monday night summer concerts. Camp Helen State Park is right next door for paddling and nature trails. Rosemary Beach and the rest of 30A are just 3 miles east.

Great Location & Pool

The location couldn’t be much better. There’s a short walk to beach and the condo is close to everything. It was very clean and recently updated. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent beach getaway

Really great location-the grounds were well kept and manicured. My wife and I are beach goers so we did not use the pool, but it was very nice. The condo itself was perfect for us in every respect. It was tastefully decorated and the furniture was very nice. Also, the owners, Charles and Michelle were very responsive and even checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. It is a pleasure to rent from such nice folks. We will be back; we just wish it was next week. Linda and John Shewmake

WONDERFUL TRIP

Our stay in Seaside Serenity was awesome. Charles & Michelle went above & beyond to be sure we enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable, linens are soft, condo is well stocked (even a crockpot) and it's a short walk to the beach. We have stayed in this complex for the last 5 years and this has been our favorite condo so far. We love being able to take our dogs for walks on the quiet street in the evening. There are beach chairs and toys in the condo for you to use, that's a nice touch. We would 100% recommend any condo that Charles & Michelle have available.

Great location with easy access to Fort Walton Beach

This condo unit was nicely laid out and maintained. The loft with 2 queen beds was perfect for our 5 day get away with our 2 grandsons (4 & 6). The pool and hot tub were a hit. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. Would absolutely return!

This condo is in an excellent location..Just a short walk to the beach. The condo is in good condition and equipped with everything you need. Charles was wonderful. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok.

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this property. It is very clean, updated, and met our needs as a family of four. The owners are accessible and texted me the check-in info personally. Also a huge “plus” is it is a very quiet condo in general, as we heard zero noise from neighbors or roadways. And our very favorite part, the pool and hot tub! We are usually anti-public hot tub people, but both the pool and hot tub are new, large, and very clean. We hope to be back for round three in the fall!

AMAZING

We loved our stay at this well-appointed condo. Comfy beds and lux linens. Plenty of towels and hooks (Yay! Hooks!) in the bathroom. The warm lighting was lovely (aesthetics matter). And the heated pool was everything (swam in the rain, magical). The owners were kind and accommodating. Can't wait to visit again.

Great beach getaway, conveniently located

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend beach getaway. Newly renovated place with plenty of space for two adults and two small dogs, it's an easy two minute walk to the beach (you can see a bit of the water from the balcony, although the view is mainly of the pool) , and very conveniently located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. There are a couple of nice restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance as well. Would recommend renting bikes and biking the path that stretches between both areas if you have the time. Charles and Michelle were super friendly, responsive and happy to help with any needs without being overbearing. Would definitely stay again!

Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was perfect-tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a VERY short walk (1-2 min) to the beach! We walked over to 30A and rented bikes and rode all around from there. I loved that it was dog friendly and the heated pool and hot tub were awesome! The condo itself was clean and very nicely updated. It provided more than enough space for 2 adults. It had one of the best supplied kitchens I’ve ever stayed in! I would definitely recommend this condo!
