Remodeled townhome #27 with 3BR/3BA located RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!. 2 private parking spots at your front door, and a 3rd spot along the wall. No streets to cross, just walk out your back door to your deck, the sugar white sand beach and beautiful views of the ocean. Sleeps 6 in 3 king sized beds.

1st bedroom on the main floor, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room with sleeper sofa.

2 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own full bathroom. Washer/dryer upstairs.

The townhouse has been renovated with tile and granite throughout.

Private fenced in yard on the beach side to keep Fido in.

Walking distance to Pier Park (1 mile)
Grocery/liquor store and CVS right across the street. Restaurants also in walking distance.

Pets are allowed with a one time pet fee ($199/pet) (Dogs are not allowed on the beach except at the dog beach park next to the pier. There is also a great dog park at Frank Brown Park 1.4 miles away).

This was a really great place to stay. Our host was really helpful and answered all my questions immediately and completely. The accommodations were everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. The view from my room was amazing! Being right on the beach was perfection. I would absolutely recommend this property and pray I can come back!

We cleaned them before use. Mold on vents and ceiling throughout.Ants in kitchen on day 2.Weeds at bottom of steps to beach blocking path need trimming. Need curtains on upstairs bedrooms to block noise on front and light.Put a mirror in bedroom that was a garage.Fix up holes in wall in bathroom downstairs Kara offered cleaning lady to return but we had already cleaned fans and nothing she could have done about mold.

The owners responded to me immediately anytime I had a question, which was so appreciated! The location is great, and close to so many fun activities and restaurants, but yet not in the high traffic gridlock. The location is quiet, and right on the beach - the beach is so nice and not crowded at all! The best part was not having to wait for crowded elevators in the high rise condos. There are also 2 parking spaces right in front of the front door. The experience was so great - we will be back!

This townhouse is great if you have pets. In the verbiage it says the townhouse has been remodeled. There have been a few things updated but there is a lot of things that still need to be done. 2025 Beach Week

Everyone enjoyed the week. Especially pleased with the location/convenience for shopping, groceries, etc. Roundabout construction seems to be taking forever. Would have been nice to have an icemaker or known ahead of time to get ice. Also, the xfinity box didn't turn on in upstairs guest bedroom so there was no working tv in that room. Nice place to enjoy the beach!

Family Vaca 2025

We had a mix of family and friends staying here for our trip and there was plenty or room and privacy for everyone. The closeness of the neighbors was only a problem on our last night. A new group moved in next door and they were loud and woke up our 14 month old but overall it was great. We lived how close the house was to the beach. Super easy to get back and forth to the beach with the littles. Did not like how close the house was to a public beach access, it made the beach area directly infront of our house a little congested during the day but usually was completely cleared out by 5pm. We even got to see a sea turtle surface on the beach and lay her eggs right in front of the house. 10/10 we would stay here again if ever in the area.

Great Beach Location

Outside of the current road construction, the rental was very easy to find and get too, right at the end of Hwy 79. Very convenient to everything needed. Home itself was very nice and well equipped. Walk off the deck and right on to the beach. Very nice place, would definitely stay there again. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses. While very adequate, I would rate the beds a 6 out of 10. The rest of the unit was a 10 of 10!

Perfect location

We all absolutely loved staying here!! The location was spot on..Our only complaint was that we were only furnished 1 roll of toilet paper per couple, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags for a 6 night stay, we had to go buy more after we had spent close to 3,000 on the condo.

Location was good. Area quiet compared to most. Construction going on in front of entrance. Need to deep clean air vents through the entire home. Very pleasant, quiet and relaxing couldn’t get in water (2x Red Flags) entire stay.

Great pet stay and location

Comfy beds and great location! So close to dog park both on the beach and at Frank Brown. Nice deck area fenced in so the dogs can't run to the beach! No dogs are allowed on the beach except for Dog Beach...PCB rules. The location is away from the crowds but close to Pier Park and we went during Spring Break! Would love to book again soon!

Another fun pup holiday

This was our second stay with our pup at this location and it once again didn't disappoint and we stand by our previous review of a 10/10. More so since this time we didn't have any of the little issues that we noticed last time. We had amazing views being right on the beach, and the weather this time was amazing so we got to enjoy the deck much more than last time. Having an area that is dog friendly is amazing, as we hate to leave our furbaby behind when we go on adventures and for us that is what matters. We are looking forward to coming back again in the future.

EXCELLENT!! everything we needed (cookware, chairs, tv's furniture, appliances, heat, a/c [we used both], water pressure, living room seating, deck chairs, access to beach and gulf, decor, nearness to fun restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops.....even our little doggie loved it!! it was GREAT to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, too!
