BeachView Paradise is a beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bathroom corner penthouse condo located within the Tidewater Beach Resort on the 27th floor with jaw dropping views.

All of this in a full service beachfront resort full of amenities. A quick elevator ride down and you are right at the pools or the beach!

The miles and miles of white sand and crystal blue water that you see from those windows will take your breath away!

Watch the sunrise right there from your private balcony, sipping your coffee on the outdoor chairs and comfy outdoor rug. The SkyWheel at Pier Park lights up the night sky, and you have a front row seat to fireworks and festivities out there year round without leaving your condo. To the north you can see North Bay, and Lullwater Lake right below.

The top several levels of the building are considered penthouse level with 10 ft ceiling height. This allows for bright and spacious feeling rooms with extra head space by the bunk beds. There is comfy seating for all of you in the living room with a comfy sofa, ottoman, and a chaise lounge to relax and put your feet up to relax and look at the water. There is a large smart TV and DVD player with a collection of DVDs. You are set to stream, or browse the internet with our private locked network with enhanced speed. We offer cable service, so you can look for your favorite shows too. There is a shelf full of books, games and toys for everyone in the family. Make some memories spread out in front of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and challenge family members to a game.

The beautiful glass table in front of the window allows dining with an amazing view. The kitchen is full of new things and ready to whip up a dream meal! Your chef will enjoy cooking in the well organized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, decent knives and plenty of cookware, and even a crock pot to allow dinner to cook while you enjoy the beach. Our coffee station has a Keurig coffee pot as well as a conventional one to make morning routines smooth. We start you off with complimentary coffee k-cups, assorted teas, ground coffee & filters, and creamers & sweeteners.

In the front of the unit is a beautifully decorated private bedroom with a king bed and a TV to allow for relaxing. There is plenty of storage in the over-sized closet and dresser. There is both an ironing board, and a pack and play there too. The bedside lights each offer an outlet and a USB port in the lamp base to keep things charged. There is a private door into the bathroom for easy access. There is even a makeup vanity with a mirror to make getting ready for a night out fun! It can double as a work desk if needed. As you leave the primary bedroom, on the right is the hall door to the bath and on the left is the door to the laundry closet with a brand new stacked laundry system stocked with laundry supplies for you. There is also a vacuum, mop, and a broom there just in case.

The bathroom was designed to be shared by the group. You will find a brand new walk in tile shower and barn door style glass door. We provide lovely high quality bath products safe for everyone. Beekman 1802 Fresh Aire is made in USA of local products, and has no scary chemicals. There are drawers for everyone to tuck their things into, so room for all.

By the unit entrance is a cozy bunk bed nook with a privacy curtain, individual lights and USB outlets by each bed. These are actual size built-in twin beds, so comfy for any age. Underneath them, you will find tons of storage and lots of beach supplies ready to use. You'll find a rolling cooler, an umbrella, and a basket full of sand toys. Hanging behind the unit door, you will find 4 beach chairs ready to go to the beach with you! We even provide beach towels!!!!

In the front hall you will find a guest book stuffed with local information. You'll find tourist discounts, restaurant menus, and info about all the attractions in the area. I am always available to recommend restaurants and answer questions.

Tidewater Beach Resort is a gorgeous full service resort full of amenities. You will find 2 oversized lagoon style outdoor pools on other end of the building connected by a long boardwalk that also takes you through the private resort gate to the beach. There is a minimart and ice cream shop called Flip Flops market at the west end pool, and a full service Tiki bar at the east side pool. The first floor hosts a great casual restaurant called Waves. You can call ahead and simply do carryout. If you want to grill, just bring meat and charcoal to use in our convenient grilling area next to the east pool.
There are 2 outdoor and 2 indoor spas, all with a view of the water! You will find a fully furnished fitness center with locker rooms, steam room, and sauna for post workout relaxation. There is is even a movie theater that shows free family friendly movies. Truly something for everyone!
Don't forget our beautiful beach with rental options if you don't want to take our chairs down or want to rent a SUP, kayak, or take a jet ski ride.

**TIDEWATER RENTER UNDERSTANDS THERE IS A ONE TIME (PER PARTY, NOT PER PERSON) $39.59 RESORT FEE UPON CHECK-IN AT THE REGISTRATION DESK.** We will provide the pre registration link before check-in to save you time! More details in the check in info. We only allow 4 adults/children to stay. Building HOA rules require at least one guest to be 25 or older and stay the entire time. IDs will be required at check in by building staff. If there is a special situation, please send me a message or text to discuss options.

We are not always in the building, but are just a text, message, or call away. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. We have an on call maintenance manager and a fabulous local cleaner in case something comes up that needs immediate attention. Rest assured that your needs will be met!

We are on the desired west end of PCB, only 1/2 mile from all the activities at Pier Park. A quick 10 minute walk, and you are there! There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance, even a grocery store if you so choose.

There are so many local places to explore past Pier Park, a car is needed to explore it all. Uber and Lyft are also available, as well a local drivers. There is a Bay County Shuttle bus that picks up out front, schedules and maps are available online.

****In Summer, we really encourage guests not to choose Saturday as a check in or out day. We do not insist on weekly stays, and believe in flexibility. If Saturday is your only option, that's fine, but just be aware that all the big management companies herd their guests into a 4 pm check in time. We try to get our guests in earlier if possible.
