Our first floor features a newly designed bunk room, full bath and partial kitchen, all overlooking a private pool with covered terrace. The bunk room offers 6 beds - 3 each twin over full. One garage has been converted to a game room offering sofa and air hockey table. The pool area provides seating for all, with 6 lounge chairs, seating area for 5, and dining table that opens up to seat 10-12.

Three master suites include king beds, balcony overlooking the gulf, and private full bathrooms. All rooms include smart televisions as well. An additional bedroom provides two queen beds, as well as en suite bathroom.

The main level living space features expansive views of both private pool area and the Gulf of Mexico. Seating area includes sofa with recliners on each end, comfortable chairs, and large flat screen television. The open room includes living area, dining area and kitchen, as well as a large pantry/laundry room. Your kitchen comes fully equipped with dinnerware for both inside and out, as well as pots and pans needed to cook for one large family or several smaller families. Dining table has 8 chairs and the kitchen bar has 4 barstools. This area also comes with a liquor cabinet with wine, rocks, and martini glasses, as well as brandy snifters.

The outdoor living space boasts a private pool with spacious sun deck with multiple areas, including a seating area, large expandable table & chairs, and loungers for soaking up the warm Florida sun. A gas grill is also provided.

The master bedroom includes a seating area with coffee table and chairs and also offers balconies for viewing both pool area and the gulf, as well as king bed, dresser and two televisions. Walk into the master bathroom and prepare to be delighted! Double vanities, large walk-in shower with two showerheads and a closet bigger than most bathrooms await! INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. All bed linens & towels are provided, as well as beach towels and black makeup washcloths.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY
*This unit sleeps up to 19 people.
*NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed.
*Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund.

Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times.

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at this property. No exceptions.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service may be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.
