When you walk into the unit, you will be immediately drawn down the hallway that opens up to the beachfront living area. You’ll have a huge sliding glass door that accesses your private balcony, overlooking the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches!
You will enjoy this view from the living room, which features a leather queen sleeper sofa, and a large Smart TV.
If you decide to cook during your stay, you will have everything that you need in the fully equipped kitchen. Keurig coffee maker! Dishes and dining area space to cook and serve meals. Even enjoying breakfast at the table, you’ll be reminded of “fun in the sun” with the new surf-style decor!
The master bedroom suite features a comfortable, king size bed. You will feel right at home with plenty of space for your luggage and clothing in the closet and dresser. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo with separate vanity and sink area for the master suite.
The hallway has a half bath for convenience, as well as built in bunks for the kids. The bunk area, and the living room have a door between them for privacy and quiet when needed.
You will be grateful for your own full size washer and dryer in the unit!

Summit condominiums is one of the most popular resorts in Panama City Beach. Famous for beachfront units, the famous poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob’s and lots of amenities! Summit is very close to Walmart, a European Deli, Gulf World, St. Andrews State Park, Pier Park, and minutes away from Panama City Beach’s best dining experiences, like Captain Anderson’s and Saltwater Grill.
You will be right across the street from Longboards Restaurant & Bar and Hammerhead Fred’s, you don’t even need a car!

You will feel safe while on our property, with 24 hour security, guard gate to property entry, and coded keyless entry to the condo.

The Summit Resort is one of the most famous and first-built resorts in PCB. That is why it has a huge fan following for amenities, which many new resorts don’t have (pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, tennis courts, etc. ) Summit does have a little bit of an older look, so, if you are looking for a five-star resort, our place may not be a good fit for you. If you are looking for a family oriented resort, a newly renovated, direct beachfront unit, and the best location in PCB, please book our condo! We will be happy to host you!

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
BY CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING, YOU AGREE TO ALL RULES BELOW.

Violation of any rule may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

AGE REQUIREMENT
• The person booking must be 18 years or older.
• The primary guest who makes the reservation must be present throughout the entire stay.
• ID may be verified by security.
• Special Spring Policy (March 28 – April 11, 2026): During this period, the minimum age for ALL occupants staying in the unit must be 21 years old.

OCCUPANCY & VISITORS
• Guest count must match the reservation.
• Maximum occupancy: 5 guests.
• Unauthorized guests and visitors are not permitted in the unit at any time.
• Unauthorized guest fee: $100 per person, per day.
• Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

PARKING REGISTRATION
• Parking fee: $41.50 for the entire stay (one-time fee).
• Parking is in the covered parking garage.
• Larger vehicles may be required to park in designated outdoor parking areas for a better fit.
• A separate registration link will be sent after reservation confirmation.
• Vehicle registration must be completed prior to arrival.

WRISTBANDS & GYM CARD
• The unit includes a designated number of wristbands and one gym access card.
• All wristbands and the gym card must be returned to the designated location upon departure.
• Unreturned items will incur a $25 fee per item.

PET POLICY
• ABSOLUTELY NO PETS.
• This includes Emotional Support Animals.
• This policy is a medical necessity due to the owner’s severe allergies.
• Violation will result in a $500 fee and immediate eviction without a refund.

NO SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking inside the unit.
• Smoking is permitted outside only, with the balcony door fully closed.
• Evidence or odor of smoking inside the unit will result in a $200 per day fine.

NO PARTIES / INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
• No parties.
• No loud gatherings.
• Violent, threatening, disruptive, or substance-related behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
• Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM unless prior approval is granted.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $60, subject to host approval.
• Unauthorized late departure will be assessed beginning at 10:15 AM:
- $100 for the first hour
- $75 for each additional hour

AIR CONDITIONING, HUMIDITY & SLIDING DOOR POLICY
• Do not leave the sliding glass door open while the air conditioning is running.
• Leaving the sliding door open while the A/C is operating can cause the HVAC system to freeze and may result in system damage.
• Guests will be financially responsible for any damage, service calls, or repairs resulting from the sliding door being left open while the A/C is running.
• Do not turn off the air conditioning at the thermostat.
• During summer months, the thermostat must remain set at 74°F or cooler.
• Failure to follow these guidelines may cause excessive humidity inside the unit, which can result in property damage. Guests may be held financially responsible for any resulting damage or repair costs.

SUPPLIES & HOUSEKEEPING
• We provide basic starter supplies only:
- 2 rolls of toilet paper
- 1 roll of paper towels
- Garbage bags
- Dishwasher pods
- Basic cleaning supplies
• No daily housekeeping, room service, or concierge service is provided.
• This is a private vacation rental, not a hotel.
• We do NOT supply food, coffee, toiletries, or beach towels.
• Please bring your own items or utilize nearby grocery stores and delivery services.
• Hair coloring is not permitted in the unit. Any resulting damage will incur additional charges.

LINENS & TOWELS
• Linens and bath towels are for indoor use only.
• Please bring your own beach towels.

MAINTENANCE POLICY
• We will make every effort to address maintenance issues promptly.
• In case of emergency or necessary repair, authorized resort maintenance staff may enter the unit when required.
• We will attempt to notify you in advance when possible.
• Refusing authorized entry may result in eviction without refund.
• Do not attempt repairs yourself — contact us immediately.
• Please check elevator postings for resort repair or maintenance notices during your stay.
• Pest control treatment is performed once per month.
• The licensed technician may enter the unit if service is scheduled during your stay.
• The technician will be accompanied by a security guard for access and safety purposes.
• All maintenance personnel (including pest control technicians) will knock loudly before entering the unit.

AMENITIES & RESORT NOTICE
• All resort amenities are managed by a third party and may be closed at any time for reasons beyond the owner’s control.
• If any amenities become unavailable during your stay due to unexpected issues, emergencies, repairs, renovations, weather, or other circumstances, this is outside of our control.
• Amenity closures or interruptions will not be grounds for a refund.

EXTENDED STAY FEE
• Stays over 15 days incur a $140 extended stay fee.
• This fee will be requested as a separate transaction.

ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
• Alteration requests to change reservation dates may be considered only if the new check-in date is at least 25

excellent stay

Me and my family came to PC b for spring break. After our cruise got canceled the last minute. As disappointed that we were with the cruise being canceled Sting. At the summit resort was the best decision. We can make as a backup plan. The location was excellent. Close to everything the service was superb. The hot tub, the sauna, the gym the. Regular temperature pool, the heated pool, the beach access, what more could you ask for? The elevators does get hectic and you can wait up until 30 minutes to get an elevator but it never took away from the experience. Also, the tiki bar and the food shop right on the property made it even better. We had a problem with the bedroom t.v remote not working called the owner, maintenance came the next day. Everything was fixed. We just had an excellent time, will definitely be back.

Not what is pictured!

This place is definitely not what is pictured!! The pictures show that this is a very updated condo; not at all - the baseboards were all nasty, the fridge had duck tape holding the shelves in, the washer/dryer area had open plywood, the tiles, mirrors, sinks, etc that are pictured in the bathroom advertisement is no where near what is in the actual condo. The bunk bed mattresses and wooding area were very outdated.

Condo was exactly as described and pictured. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

We had a good experience but I would suggest the addition of a recliner of some sort. We had an 87 year old and the chair was not that comfortable with no way to elevate legs.

Wish the property was as clean as our unit

It was our first time visiting Panama City. We met some friends there and stayed for 3 nights. The check in process was fast and easy. Checking out was a different story. There were no carts and it seemed a lot of people checking in and out at the same time. Therefore, no room in the elevator to get our things down. We carried everything down 5 flights of stairs in several trips with two small children. Not to mention the condition of the elevators. I was told it was due to the hurricane the previous year. I would assume a year is plenty of time to fix that. The outside of the building looks run down and gross. There was a man bringing his dirty laundry and soap to the pool and washing it in the pool which is totally disgusting! We also witnessed several loud verbal altercations between drunk belligerent people which is totally unacceptable. The beach would be amazing if it weren’t for everyone putting their cigarette butts out right beside chairs that you pay $44 a day to sit in. Gross to see cigarettes sticking out of your kids sandcastles! Our room was pretty clean other than the mold build up in the washer that smelled horrible when I tried to wash clothes. It could’ve also used a broom left there bc being at the beach you can’t help but to track in sand and I had no way to clean it up. I met the lady who cleans our unit. She was very nice and accommodating and does a good job cleaning.
