Property Highlights & Features:

✔ Bedrooms: King-size bed in the master bedroom, flat-screen TV, and access to the backyard with a private pool. The second bedroom offers a Full-size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV.

✔ Bathrooms: The master bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second/guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and an entrance from the hallway.

✔ Living Room: Large wrap-around sectional, Queen-size sleeper sofa, accent chair, and a flat-screen TV with streaming service for family entertainment or relaxing evenings

✔ Kitchen: Fully equipped to ensure you can prepare all your favorite meals, a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze, and a coffee maker for your morning brew. There is a dining table seating six, as well as bar seating for two.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

Great Vacation!

We loved this location! So close to the beach. We only used the pool a couple of days but it was nice and clean. We grilled hamburgers one night on the grill that was available. Everything was in working order and clean. The street is a dead end both ways so there was really no traffic. Loved the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

The home was just as the picture shows but the best part was how convenient it was to the beach. You may not have the view of the beach but I promise you will appreciate how close this is. We had 9 people and everyone was accommodated with rooms and beds! Had hot water the whole time for everyone showers overall a wonderful stay!

Perfect for girls trip!

Perfect Location!!!

Our family very much enjoyed this home! Location was excellent. Just a short walk across the beach! Beds were great!! Perfect for 6 of us! However we do have an autistic child and the locks are not very safe for children who are elopers. Especially with such access to water.

Family vacation

We had such a great time staying at the Gulf Holiday Home. The location to the beach was beyond perfect. Literally right across from the Beach Access. The pool was wonderful and the beds were super comfortable. We took our teen kids with their friends and had so much fun. It is close to places to eat-shop-the kids even preferred just walking to some of the places because of how close it was! Thank you, we created a lot of great memories here.

Great location

Property was clean overall. The location directly across from the beach was perfect. It wasn’t on a busy street, just a neighborhood road. Lots of ants so maybe bring some spray. No remotes to the tvs and I was told they would bring some the next day but they never did. Pool looked pretty dirty but I found a scrub brush and that helped. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend it to others.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our girls trip. Loved the location of the house. It was clean with plenty of seating and sleeping room for the 6 of us. It was a very short walk to the beach and the private pool was an added bonus.

The house has a great location and the pool is a added plus! The house needs some updating, the cleanliness was not great. Terrible smell, food under the beds and was all under the couch cushions. Trash was in the night stand. We enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to the beach and having the pool but this house needs some updates and throughly cleaned

Location was great

We loved this property. We had a few hiccups, but the property manager would quickly respond. The location was great being right across the road from the beach! We had issues with icemaker upon arrival, but it just randomly started working. Only suggestion I would have is putting some baking soda inside the fridge to help get rid of the fish smell, as it was very strong. House was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Master bath shower barely had warm water, we made due and just used hall shower as we didn't want to bother the property manager so much. The property manager was contacted about it, so I'm confident it will be fixed before the next family stays! I would recommend this home to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

GREAT property, even better location

This was our annual beach trip and this property was a FIND. I had no issues with anything. Internet, TV, all appliances---everything worked just fine. The property was clean (except in the drawer under the bunk beds, but I wiped it out no problem), and we didn't have any unexpected insect or rodent "visitors" as some previous reviews listed. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable (no "holes" in the normal sleeping spots). The pool was clean and the pool deck had the cutest little set up. Best part (of course) was the direct beach access across the street. Literally steps to the ocean and you could see it! Will absolutley be a repeat visitor!

Perfect for us

This house was perfect for our group! I read reviews before booking this property and I have to say, every negative thing I read was fixed/changed when we arrived! Easy check in, pool was a great bonus, well equipped house, any message I sent (including during weekend hours) was replied to within minutes! Thank you to the hosts for sharing such an awesome place with the rest of us! Oh, and don't let me forget the location, perfect and close to everything, especially the beautiful beach!! We will most def rent this property again!!

Great location, super convenient

This was a great house. We really enjoyed our stay, and loved that we could leave our dogs while we were out without having to worry. But for as much as you pay, some pest control is needed. There were SO MANY ants, and one night I saw a mouse run under the fridge.
