Top of the Gulf Resort, 7th Floor Studio located directly on the beach!  The condo sleeps 4 guests and does not offer private balcony.  During the months of March through October your stay includes a complimentary set of beach chairs with and umbrella.

Bathroom offers tub with shower, towels, soap and shampoo

Kitchen is equipped with Keurig, blender, toaster, paper towels, garbage bags in addition to appliances and cookware.

Great stay for a mother and daughters weekend

The first mother/daughter’s weekend with both my girls as adults and this place was perfect! Decorated beautifully, check in easy, very clean and a perfect size for just us girls!!!! Have no complaints

We really enjoyed our stay. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Well maintained. Great view of the beach. The towels smelled like home. The beach chairs as part of the stay is a huge amenity. Security is enforced in the parking lot. Overall great place and would definitely stay again.

First, property manager was very nice and quick with any questions I had. Overall, very convenient, the check-in area was a tiny store with everything you could possibly need. Room look exactly like the picture. The complex was very quiet with friendly people. Pool area was very nice/clean and not crowded. Easy access to the beach. 10/10 I would book again!!!!!!

Great stay!

Me, my teen daughter and her friend stayed here for 2 nights for a quick girls' beach trip. Everything was great! Condo was immaculately clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The room stayed nice and cool (I really liked that there was dehumidifier running). The included beach chairs didn't get set up until 9:30-10AM and they get put away around 4pm, so we ended up using our own beach chairs we had brought. So if you like to get out there early or stay late, you might consider brining your own chairs. The condo shared spaces were all clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend!

Great stay for a long weekend getaway

Cute condo, nice beach. Great stay for our family of 4. Only drawback was the elevator situation when we visited. One was down for construction (that was taking 7 weeks to complete) and the other went out our last day.

An Absolute Must!

We had an amazing time. Pamela was a great host. Easy check in and lots of communication. She even accommodated a longer stay for us at last minute. Condo was very cute and clean - exactly how she depicted it on the listing. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Trip

One of my friends and I decided on a short beach stay to get away and it was great. Pamela was attentive and check in/check out was an easy process. The unit was just as described and cuter than pictures. It was very clean and there were ample towels and supplies making our stay even easier. Elevators didn't take too long and pool area was nice as well. Would definitely book a stay in this unit again!

Perfect Getaway

For the Price

Overall for the price we paid it was a good deal , if you have more than 3 people in your group it’s a bit cramped , but manageable, Beds were a little too firm for my back but 100% better than a worn out mattress . We found a lighter from a previous occupant under one of the beds when we first got there and there was a peeling hole in the ceiling , didn’t effect anything though , the main issue I had was they were doing construction in at least one room down the hall from us and it was very loud at times . Only other thing , when I think of condo on the beach I think of a little apartment or house this was a skyscraper multi condo type . Would I stay here again ? I would could some things use an improvement? Absolutely, but management was nice , and if you asked a question they were helpful . Beach was unfortunately a little cold during spring break as was the pool so we didn’t get much time in either , but looking forward to going back in the summer when it’s warmer and enjoying all the amenities.

Beach perfect!

This was a short vacay in October. The place did have a view of the ocean. The dehumidifier was excellent for getting towels and swimsuits dry. Decorating was light and beachy. Beds were comfortable and all linens were great quality! Overall we loved everything.

Spring Break Fun!

My daughter, her friend, and I enjoyed a few days at the beach! We liked that there were two beds instead of a bed and sleeper sofa. That was one of the main reasons we chose this one. Of course, the girls enjoyed the wall of mirrors too! It was a great trip!
