As you enter this luxurious condo, the open concept living room will take your breath away. Large windows and balconies offer stunning views of the sparkling Gulf and pristine dunes, creating a space you'll never want to leave.

The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island with barstool seating. To the right, you'll find a dining table that comfortably seats six guests. For enjoying the Gulf views, you can choose the balcony just off the kitchen, perfect for casual dining, or the balcony by the dining room, which is furnished with lounge chairs where you can relax and watch the waves crash. The living room is designed to maximize views of WaterSound and its dunes, complete with a large, comfortable couch. Decorated in fresh white tones, this condo exudes a refreshing beach vibe.

The master king bedroom is to your right. It includes an en-suite bathroom with a large tub. As you wake up, you will see gulf views from the master bedroom. A king guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is to your right as well. The third king guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is on the left when you walk into your vacation home. A bunk room is to the left of the kitchen with 4 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The condo is equipped with a full washer and dryer. Guests will find a private pool exclusive to Compass Point Condo guests, as well as access to the Dunesider pool directly across the street. A beach walkover boardwalk is conveniently located just behind the Dunesider pool, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

*This home does not have access to the Watersound Beach Club. The Beach Club is a private, members only club and day passes cannot be purchased.*

- There is an elevator from the ground floor that takes you up to the 3rd floor just steps away from the condo
- No Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- Non smoking home.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional clean charges.
- WaterSound community does not allow any golf cart rentals or guests to bring their own golf carts
- Please do not move or reorient any of the furniture inside the unit - this includes any balcony furniture as well.

Reservation/ Booking Policy
- Minimum age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
