With a king bed and a single futon in the master, and a twin-over-full bunk bed in the bunkroom, this lovely Panama City Beach condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full-course dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. In the heart of Panama City Beach, Aqua Resort features a luxurious Gulf Front, 22 stories high rise only 0.4 miles from Pier Park and within walking distance to Gulf World! Park in the covered parking garage and walk across the air-conditioned walkover into the Grand Lobby surrounded by water gardens. The resort includes a large Gulf Front relaxation pool, a Gulf Front indoor/outdoor pool, and a hot tub, surrounded by a tropical patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. Parking was easy, the beach service was reasonable and overall not a horrible place to stay. The restaurant and gym were closed throughout our stay because of renovations, which would have been nice to know while booking. Also, the indoor pool was not heated as it was supposed to be.

The condo itself was very clean. The view was fantastic. However the second ‘bedroom’ is very small. There is no closet or dresser. Nor is there room for one. The balcony offed wonderful views but it had a lot of bird poo in the corners and on the furniture. It was gross!!The pool area was very nice and access to the beach was easy.

Bed cover had fresh blood on it. Found 2 long black hairs on bed sheet. Shower was too small in master bath. No bench made cleaning lower body difficult for older people. Main TV had no local channels or cable which made for a hassel. Having only Roku TV does not satisfy my needs. The balcony and pool/sauna area made this condo a great stay. Whoeverckeans this condoneeds to do abetter job.

The condo is welcoming and comfortable with plenty of lounging spaces and soft touches like pillows and blankets to make it feel like home. All beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans/plates/cups, though we went through the utensils very quickly so were hand washing them a lot. View from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The pools and outdoor spaces at Aqua are great. Location was perfect for Ironman Florida, just about a 10 minute walk to Pier Park for transition and the finish, a little less to the starting line at the pier. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Kind of a bummer to pay 50 for parking but it was secure and easy to access, so that's fine, I guess. The directions for accessing the parking, condo, as well as rules for the stay and for departure were very clear and posted in multiple places, which was appreciated.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Aqua Resort. The location is excellent, offering easy access to the beach and very close to the pier park The complex itself is well-managed, with great amenities like two pools, a large parking area, four elevators, and beach chairs included.The unit is mostly as shown in the pictures Beds are very comfy. The second bedroom with the bunk bed is very very cramped & doesn’t have a closet or something where guest can put their clothes so you’ll have to put your luggage under the bed. We also felt the website photo made the room appear larger than it was. The living room is spacious and couches big & comfortable. The kitchen looks like has new appliances, by the exception of the fridge. The master bedroom is big with beach view & door to the balcony. There is also a sofa bed is in the master bedroom. Balcony is big. Master bathroom is big and has a closet. A small suggestion would be to replace the lighting with daylight bulbs for a brighter feel. Kitchen has good enough pans & pots. Pans are a bit worn but still usable. A cheese shredder would be a nice addition. The AC and guest bathroom vent are very loud. We had some maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly.Overall, we had a very positive stay and would definitely consider returning to Aqua Resort, though we would choose a different unit next time.

This beach rental exceeded my expectation! Rooms were very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and the views from balcony were amazing! Elevators were fast and super easy access to pool and beach. Property manager was excellent from the time we booked until we left. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the property; it had all the amenities required and was a great location to access Pier Park. The property was clean and well looked after inside. Our only comment would be that the outside furniture and rug on the balcony looked quite tired/dirty.

Nice condo!

It had a welcoming atmosphere, was in a good location, and had a beautiful beach! We rarely had to wait longer than a few minutes for an elevator, which is a huge plus! Easy access to the pool and beach; the beach service was also a plus! Also, the host was very accommodating. The only downside was that the second bedroom/bunk room was a very tight fit room-wise for a 15-year-old and 10-year-old. There was no closet or drawers to unpack their clothing; it was just a place to sleep. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Nice view of the ocean and great location. Very walkable to Pier Park and surrounding area. The guestroom was tiny and only fit the bunk bed and a very small table, so nowhere to put belongings/clothes in the actual room. Otherwise it was a great unit!

Fantastic vacation

Aqua is our favorite property in PCB, we have stayed here several times. 906 is a great unit. The owners reached out to us several times prior to our vacation and followed up with us after we checked in. The unit was clean, in good repair and had everything we needed. I would happily rent this condo again.

Great place to vacation

Nice oceanfront condo with awesome beach chair service. That was a huge plus. Our condo was well stocked with plenty of paper products, soaps, etc. for the duration of our 9 day stay. This unit was on the 9th floor and the elevator was amazing. We never had to wait more than a minute or two. The work out room was nice and rarely busy. We would definitely stay here again.
