It`s just steps away from the beach! This condo is perfect for a family vacation with plenty of beach town activities to splurge on.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of Lakefront Boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

The room was nice enough but the front desk was not helpful and rude. I did not like that there were not any luggage carriers available unless you left your drivers license with the front desk and those were awful and could not even carry a suitcase. This is a huge place and very hard to get everything to your room without a luggage carrier. This is not a review of the room as the resort. Overall, it was a good trip.

Excellent condo and location

We came down of all times during senior week, my son graduated high school and stayed in the same area so we came to celebrate with him. It’s a very busy area, which we knew to expect. The location was perfect and close the everything, even walking distance to the beach, food, entertainment etc. Walmart is across the street which was amazing. The room is exactly as shown and laid out perfect. 5th floor makes it very easy to get around during peak seasons as they have a catwalk from the parking garage on the first few floors (elevators stay busy). Just book this room, you won’t be disappointed

Spring break

It was ok. Washed my clothes and then the dryer didn’t work had to pack it all wet. 20 minute wait for elevators. Couldn’t use the balcony neighbors smoking the stinky stuff.

I was very pleased at this Condo as everything was exactly as pictured above. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and location was nice. If I had to I’d definitely choose to stay here again. The host was easy to talk to if you had any issues, and checked in on you during your stay. This unit definitely did not disappoint! Thanks!

The Condo was great. everything was as listed with great views of the Gulf on the balcony side and the pond with nightly light show on the entrance side. Excessive Property Managment rules were not fully disclosed. until after full payment was made. I reached out asking questions via the message board with no response regarding visitors to the property and parking and ultimately was told that I could not have any visitors. Had this been disclosed when initially asked I would not have stayed at this property.

Great home!

The condo is a beautiful home with great decor and modern accents. The layout of the condo was spacious and perfect for a small family. The amenities were a plus however the beach was so close that we spent most of our time in the ocean. Attractions were within 15-20 minutes and we had access to a grocery store with in 3 minutes. The check-in process was great and our questions were answered quickly via text. Spring break is definitely a busy season be prepared for a bit of traffic on the main areas. Overall- great experience! We loved our condo and if possible we will rent this place again!

This place was great , the only thing was I didn’t see the email for the code to the door so I had to wait for email I think spending 79$ for a wrist band is very unnecessary and a waste it don’t give u a discount to anything and nobody check for it. The dryer in our unit had an weird odor to it . But other then that the location was close to everything my family had a blast!

Perfect Stay!

We had a great stay, not one complaint! We tried to book a room on the 15th floor but didn’t get it booked in time, we found this one next, and at first were bummed it was on the 5th floor but it actually worked out better!! The view was still amazing, the best part about being on the 5th floor was on days the elevator was busy it didn’t kill us to take the stairs! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (we cooked and baked), we loved the decorations, furniture and everything else about the condo! Pools were great and the walk to the beach was super easy! Family of 5, we had plenty of room! Suggestion: Leave the hallway light off or the bugs find their way in. It was on when we got there but we turned it off the first day and didn’t have a problem after that! Would definitely stay again!!!

We love staying at Laketown Whatf. The only thing to make it easier on everyone is to fix the elevator issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. We have no complaints. Jason answered our messages quickly-we appreciate that!

Best vacation in a long time

The check in process was quick and easy! Security was not harassing people like other reviews suggested. They simply checked for the parking pass & wristbands as we reentered the property one night. The 5th floor had easy access to our room from the breezeway. Didn't use the elevators much but when we did it wasn't a long wait.
