ABOUT THE HOME: Located directly on the gulf, you can see and hear the waves from our 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo at Emerald Isle. This condo features elegant coastal designs including cool plank floors throughout, colorful accents and pleasing décor that will inspire you to return year after year. We promise you will not be disappointed with our condo home; it has all brand-new furniture and beds! This unit sleeps up to 6 with a plush new king size bed in the master, queen in the guest bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master bath has a tub/shower combo with an additional full guest bathroom that is connected to the guest bedroom. The master bedroom and the living rooms open onto a spacious balcony where you can enjoy an amazingly beautiful ocean view. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, dishes, pots and pans you would need if you decide to stay in and cook. The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer.

ABOUT THE AREA: Onsite are two pools: one that is heated and both are located on the gulf side on the ground floor in addition to a large hot tub. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- Guests enjoy secure covered parking in the parking garage below the units or an adjacent covered overflow parking with a covered walkway to the 3rd floor, with access to four large modern elevators. (HOA fee applies)
- Please note only one parking space provided between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Great Stay at the Emerald Isle

We always enjoy staying at the Emerald Isle. The condo was clean and nice. Our check in instructions said there was a reserved parking spot, but we couldn’t find it.

Wonderful Get-Away

This condo was what we expected; Clean & updated. The only "glitch" was the parking pass was not included (We were informed that it was), but it was not a big deal.Everything we needed for our stay was available in the condo. We loved the view from the balcony, the easy access to the beach, and the included beach chairs/umbrella. We have been coming to PCB for 25 years; first time at Emerald Isle. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends. Thank you.

We have stayed at Emerald Isle half a dozen times or more over the last 15 years, and a few others. This was my wife’s favorite unit, decor-wise, of all we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures are exactly how it looks, other than a sofa was replaced by two leather chairs. The unit was clean, well stocked, and overall has a very bright and beachy ambiance. One slight detraction was the coverlets provided were plain white rather than the colorful ones pictured. Not an issue, as I understand laundry has to happen. We will definitely consider this unit in the future.

I wish there had been some directions on the cable system. Since there were two remotes in each room it was confusing. Also, there were only three barstools on the porch so the four of us could not sit out there to play cards or eat dinner. Also, the time to fix the master bath was longer than expected

This unit was beautiful. A true fully stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, cups, utensils.

We vacation in PBC with our teenage and young adult children. We had a wonderful experience at Beach Breeze! A beautifully decorated home. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and wash cloths. Also, there was a complementary box of shampoo, conditioner, body, lotion, and a few other toiletries in each bathroom. Extra pillows, blankets, and sheets for the pullout couch. Also, extra pillows for each bed.. The kitchen was truly fully stocked. With plenty of plates, cups, utensils, pots, and pans. Extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher pods. There were pods for the washing machine as well. We did see a few boogie boards next to the washer, and some board games in the buffet cabinet. We did not get a chance to use the beach chairs for we have brought our own due to the fact we were vacationing with about 30 other people from our area.The unit was very clean and well taken care of! We had a wonder stay and hope to book with them again!
