Beach Time II is new on rental market and completely renovated. Watch the dolphins from this 8th floor retreat. We are located on the west end steps from the elevator. Complimentary Beach Service included with your rental March through October, umbrella with wooden chairs.
New flooring, granite, backsplash, furniture, mattresses, vanities, and kitchen appliances. Smart TV’s in living room 50” and bedroom 32” with access to HULU, Prime, and Netflix. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need including shrimp boil pot. Sleeps six with king in the bedroom, bunkbed in hallway which closes off to rest if unit for privacy, and queen sleeper sofa in living room. There is a loveseat instead of chair for ample seating as well as additional seating at the bar. Plenty of room to accommodate six people. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Linens and towels are included but not replenished. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The Summit is located on Thomas Drive across the street from Hammer Head Fred’s and in walking distance to Go Carts, Miniature Golf, and Arcades. The Summit offers excellent amenities. There are lighted tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, game room, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, saunas, exercise room, and walk out mat to the beach as well as many others. Children Activities, Sundry Shop, Bikini Bob’s, and Tiki Bar are opened seasonally.
The Sundry Shop has all your basic essential beach needs from bathing suits to beach towels as well as limited grocery needs. They serve deli type foods and have the best hand dipped ice cream for those hot days. Bikini Bob’s has fantastic food for those days when you do not feel like cooking or leaving the complex at great prices. The Tiki Bar has all you beverage needs.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday June through August. Three night minimum other dates. Must be 25 years or older to rent, not subletting allowed. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. $27 resort fee (parking pass & wrist bands) payable at check in.
