If you do not print, Beach Repro by Winn-Dixie will print for $5. There is also a UPS and Office Depot on Panama City Beach Parkway. However, this is not recommended to rely on as they are not open on the weekends or evenings.

Starter Sets:
For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.

Towels & Linens:
One bath towel and wash cloth per per person. Please utilize washer and dryer. Beach towels not provided. Do no take white towels to beach.

Rental Agreement Required
Upon booking we will send you a Rental Agreement for e-signature.

Security systems/cameras:
For the security of our guests and condo, we have external security cameras.

ID and Selfie Required
Upon booking, we will be requesting a copy of your driver's license and a selfie holding it. While tedious, this step critical to protect both us and you from fraud.

Absolutely loved the extra large balcony! This was perfect for my parents (in their 70's)! They could watch the grandkids play in the ocean from the balcony! The parking garage was easy, even with a large SUV! The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed - except for ice. Plan on buying a bag or two of ice for coolers to take to the beach! All in all, we absolutely loved this condo and it's location. One of the best ones we've stayed at in PCB!!

Everything was as expected except the freezer going out 1st full day but the management team handled rather nicely. The dishwasher back flows into the kitchen sink. Without those issues loved the unit would love it next summer.

Property was just like pictures. Rugs could use a good cleaning. As would the floors without carpet. Perfect location for us, Close to beach and golf courses. Will stay there again if possible.

Nice, but could use some repair

The location was good, the beach access was great. The condo could use some updates. We were especially disappointed in the floor in kitchen area due to being in poor condition and we actually tripped a couple of times on a plank in front of the dishwasher that stuck up.

Exceptional Place for an exceptional vacation

This place was amazing, we have never experienced such a clean and beautiful Condo before, we give it a 6Star and recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice and quite place. There is everything you need available from games and movies for kids and adults to Airfryer 😊 people check this place out and you will not regret it. There was some construction going on but we knew that before and the price was discounted, it did not bother us. So you could see at this place that the owner cares about people who stay there. Big thanks to the owner. We highly recommend this place.

Good location minus the major construction happening right at the entrance. Elevator did not work properly at all all week. Fortunately we were on the 2nd floor & didn't use it much, but people on upper floors kept getting stuck in it for sometimes upwards of 30 min. Our unit appeared clean but the floors must have never been mopped bc we couldn't walk on it without black feet bottoms from the very beginning. I had to call to get check in instructions. Nothing was emailed to me as mentioned in previous instructions. Only 1 key was in the lock box. I asked for a 2nd but it was never delivered. The TV's had no instructions for how to access local channels. It was a Roku, which we are used to, but logging into our own accounts only worked for You Tube & Disney plus. We couldn't access Roku channel from the master bedroom but for the 1st night.

Cleanliness was not good but was corrected with Stephanie from sandseekers. The flooring was damaged

The property had damaged wood laminate flooring. There was damage with a broken metal piece by the sliding door in which was a serious safety hazard especially for kids. Fortunately we only had 4 adults. There was virtually nothing that could be done from sandseekers to correct the problem other than literally replace all of the flooring, fix the ceiling and replace the broken metal. Stephanie from sandseekers could only give a partial refund but still didn’t help the disappointment with what we rented. But in all fairness Stephanie did her best with what was a bad situation and her hands were tied.

most beautiful beach in the world

beautiful condo and very comfortable stay ,. nice furniture and the large balcony with new patio furniture is what we enjoy... and to watch the sunrise , sunset ,. ocean,. weather,. we just love this property and condo !!!!! you have everything right here at the Y ,. grocery store ,. pharmacy ,. restaurants .... absolutely great for families and seniors .... so relax and enjoy!!!!

Great place to relax! The beach was practically just ours most of the week (May 1st - May 8th). The owner should update their pictures because the furniture is updated and much nicer than the pictures show. We liked the location too. Very close to shopping and resterants.

Perfect place for a quick getaway with the family

Very chic condo on the beach. Small, but perfect for a couple or a family of 3. Clean, location is great too, close to restaurants, bars, grocery store and pharmacy and 2 minutes walk to the beach.This was a last minute getaway, but honestly I would definitely recommend it and would return, next time maybe in July ( water is still a big cold for me). My 4 year old didn’t feel anything though , of course. Only small issue we had with the hot water for one day, but other than that, everything was great.

Spring Break Getaway

Upon arriving at the condo we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the unit was. The decor was adorable and the condo was well stocked. We particularly enjoyed the views from the balcony, and how spacious it was. Due to the building being small the crowds were not bad at all so it was easy to socially distance. The unit is close to the stairwell so we didn’t even have to use the elevator much at all and access to the beach was so close. The building itself is older and a little dated, and the pool was somewhat small. Overall we had a wonderful week on the beach and we will rent this unit again!

Great Condo

We stayed here with our two younger boys for a few days. It is a good location near the Pier and all the shops around there. The beach was perfect, being pretty quiet. When we arrived the ac wasn't working properly, but we contacted the managing agent and she apologized and sent someone that evening, a Saturday night to have it fixed. The unit manager was so responsive even on a Sunday morning when apparently the first ac guy didn't actually fix the ac. Some other tech came on Sunday and fixed it well! The condo is pretty clean but could use a better vacuum or a broom set for all the sand. Has an awesome view without being too high up. The beds were kinda soft but comfortable.

Great porch

The condo was perfect for the four of us. The porch was my favorite. I enjoyed eating breakfast every morning looking out at the ocean and a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset. It was definitely worth it

Awesome!

This condo was perfect for our week long stay! It was very clean and the view was amazing! The balcony’s on the second floor are bigger than all the others which was a nice surprise. The section of beach in front of the building was never crowded and the pool was great too. There is no tv in the second bedroom, (If that’s important to anyone) but that didn’t bother us at all. Overall our stay was awesome! If we ever come back to Panama we’ll definitely be staying here again!
