Property was very nice, stayed here many times. Condo was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. All was good but parking passes are $35 a piece and required.

Beautiful Place!!

We very much enjoyed our stay! We were in town for the Little League World Series, and this was the perfect place for all of us! The view was beautiful, it was extremely clean, and it had everything we needed! We loved the Deli downstairs as well, it was so convenient! We had no issues at all! We would love to stay here again!

Condo was clean and nice , beautiful beach . Beach chairs and umbrella that came with it was great perk. Not having beach towels and having to go buy them at Walmart, a bit inconvenient , when flying home .

Perfect Beach Stay

We were in town for a Youth Baseball World Series. The unit was exactly as described. Beautifully appointed with a modern beach decor. Unit was well stocked with towels and starter toiletries, but the winner is the view. Walking into the unit and seeing the gulf through the floor to ceiling windows was breathtaking. BOOKBEACH.com was extremely professional, friendly and highly communicative before, during and after our stay. We’ll definitely be back!!

Nice and simple

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Literally didn’t have any issues that required us to contact management.This condo was just as nice in person as it is in the pictures. The convenience of this condo was great. The only time we had to drive was when we needed to make a grocery run to Walmart and that was only a 3min drive. The pools were refreshing and since we had children the covered pool was a plus! We also enjoyed the short walk down the ramp to the beach.We will definitely stay at this condo/resort again in the future.

Better than the pictures

We have stayed at the Aqua 8 times and this unit was hands down our favorite. Everything is exactly as the photos represent. The furniture is comfortable, thinking about buying that same sleeper sofa, the kitchen supplies meet all your needs and it was perfectly cleaned. The management company was great to work with and offer an Ap to make communication a seem less. We will definitely be requesting this unit again.

The new sofas, dining room table, chairs and more were all beautiful. The view overlooking the ocean, beach and two pools was breathtaking and very relaxing. The complimentary chair rentals for two on the beach was an added bonus. The indoor pool, Jacuzzi, gift/sandwich shop were also enjoyed by all. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance to Pier Park, restaurants and shopping. The Management and Staff were amazing to work with and very responsive to every detail. We look forward to our next visit.

The condo 805 is top notch. Very clean, great furniture & appliances. Beds & pillows are a little hard but not horrible. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Only complaints with the overall resort is that while you do get 2 beach chair rentals with your stay, youre supposed to be able to rent extra sets & we were told there were none available. However, only about a third of the beach chairs were in use every day we were there. We ended up having to buy chairs & umbrellas across the street for our party of 6. Elevators were crowded most of the time & sometimes had to wait for it to make 2 trips to be able to squeeze on there wirh people but thats to be expected with a lot of people. Overall good experience & would stay here again.
