Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This unit includes an in-unit stacked washer and dryer, wall-mounted A/C units, smart TVs, and stylish furnishings throughout. With its lofted layout, upgraded finishes, and unbeatable beachfront setting, this is a truly special retreat ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

Pet Policies:
This unit allows guests to bring one well-behaved canine family member. Please review the following guidelines, as failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning fees or early termination of stay:
âą Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $75 per reservation. A pet waiver must be filled out and returned.
âą Pet Restrictions: Dog must be under 50 lbs. No more than one dog per reservation.
âą Sorry, No Cats: Feline friends must sit this one out.
âą Crating: Pets must be crated when left unattended in the unit.
âą Furniture: If pets are invited onto furniture or beds, guests must use appropriate covers to protect surfaces.
âą Leash Policy: All pets must be leashed in outdoor areas.
âą Waste Disposal: No puppy pads. All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of in outdoor receptacles away from the condo.
Other details to note:
This unit is located on the third floor. There is no elevator, so plan for stair access only.
Complimentary beach gear (chairs and cooler) is provided for your enjoyment. Please return all items prior to departure. Guests will be charged for damaged or missing items (fair-market value), so please treat the gear with care to ensure it remains in good condition for future guests.
Please dispose of all waste in the designated on-site dumpster. All garbage should be securely bagged before placed in the bin.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
