AMAZING VIEWS - OCEAN FRONT on the beach FREE BEACH CHAIRS - March to October

Sunbird Condominiums located directly on the beach. The condo has been recently renovated it is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 618 square feet. The condo is directly on the beach with spectacular views of the gulf. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4 PERSONS, no exceptions there is a Ring Camera to verify occupancy. If you violate it you can be evicted and you will forfeit your reservation. No Pets . The condo sleeps 4 and is located on the 6th floor unit number is 610 WEST, this condo offers all the comforts of home. Bedroom has a queen size bed and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has Corian countertops and its fully equipped for cooking. The condo has two flat screen TV's with cable as well as WIFI. The TV in the living room is a smart TV ready for all the streaming apps.

This condo rental offers FREE BEACH CHAIRS with umbrellas.

Sunbird offers three swimming pools one is heated, tennis courts and exercise gym. Step out of the elevator and you are steps away from the white sandy beach and emerald waters of the gulf. Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor.

Sunbird is conveniently located with in walking distance of restaurants as well as shopping. Sunbird has a gated parking lot, a parking permit must be purchased by the guest from the HOA office located on the ground level of the East tower next to the main pool. The parking pass is $35.00 for the duration of your stay, it is not a daily fee. While on the premises wrist bands are also required and must be worn by all guests, each wrist band is $6.00 and must also be purchased from the HOA office. There are beach chairs with umbrellas available for rent, daily or weekly rates. We do NOT provide beach towels, please bring your own. Absolutely NO pets.

SNOWBIRDS - We offer monthly rentals November 1st - March 1st, please inquire for rates.

Host was actively available via text. Responding within minsutes. Provided great check in and out details, to include a video on how the door lock worked. The view was amazing and true to the photos. The room was very clean and well taken care of. Would stay here many times more!

We spent a week at the beach, here’s my takePositive-Nicely decorated -Breathtaking view from the balcony -Nice size tv in room -Anna offered great communication and was very responsive-key code for the door was super convenient for us-room was very clean-nice staff, pool area was well keptThings that need some work -only 4 towels in the room (we are a party of 4 and both adults shower 2x/day. We had to buy extra towels or would have been washing towels everyday. -host told me ice was 2 a bag. The ice machine charged me 6.48 for a bag YIKES!! -dryers left clothes damp, had to pay again to get them dry. -laundry room smelled horrible all week-around the elevators reeked of trash smell -bath tub would not hold water for littles-water pressure was awful -bathroom light over shower worked about half the time so we had to take some dark showers. -only had one small trash bag, had to buy more (7 day stay) -no kitchen staples such as salt/pepper so had to purchase that as well -coffee pot was not clean (white flaky stuff in the water area so I bought a new one to use while we were there. Bathroom layout is not the best, if someone is on the toilet you can’t use the sink or open the bedroom door -the hide a bed is larger than the bedroom bed (I believe it was listed as a Q but doesn’t seem that big, we’re not big people and were touching the whole time while sleeping) -hand soap at the kitchen sink would be nice Overall we had a nice stay

Getaway with a view

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The beach was a bit crowded with the larger resorts next door and across the street. The free beach chairs were a definite perk because our spot was saved on the beach each day.

March ' 25 4 night stay

Beautiful ocean view!! True to the pictures. Short trip down elevator to 1st floor, and easy access to beach. All keypad entries. Pretty crazy during spring break -- security did their best to help keep beach goers that non sunbird guests out.Heated pool was nice, not a large pool but enjoyable for the kids. Only 1/2 elevators working. Small kitchen, one person can really be in at once- fully stocked with pans etc. bring your own dw pods, toilet paper etc., if you're staying longer than 2 days. Small bathroom, and light water pressure. Bedroom can hear a lot from outside condo. Fun restaurant next door, fast service, quick bites. Yummy key lime pie. We saw many gorgeous sunsets from condo.

Birthday Vacation

Pre checking with the host was flawless, she provided all the information I need from security gate to door codes, even included a video showing me how to open my door and lock it so there wouldn't be any issues. The Property itself was perfectly located so that most days and nights we never had to use the car to get around, most things were short(10-15min) walk away. The Beach access was excellent, the free chair and umbrella service was top notch. It was as close to perfect as I could have hoped for
