2025 Bookings:
Saturday - Saturday (7 night minimum) from May 25th through August 17th 2025.

Located at Edgewater Beach Resort in Tower 2- 10th floor. This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The master bathroom has a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and hallway. This bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo. This unit also has a new washer/dryer.
The living area has two new sofas, one being a sleeper sofa, and new recliner, allowing you to enjoy the views of the ocean right from the living area!

This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

**Starting March 1, 2023**
Guests will be provided a link to register online their vehicles and wristband pick up at the front desk.
The rate for 6 guests and 1 vehicle is $50. Any additional vehicle will be $30.

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. Owner communication was excellent. Check in was a breeze- just register with Edgewater to pick up parking pass at gate and enter with keypad. Condo is right off the elevator. Elevators are fast. Stayed during the 4th and not even a bad wait then. Condo was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. Kitchen was well stocked. Appliances were newer and very clean. Plenty of towels. For 4 of us only had to do laundry every other day. Decorated in a nice beach theme. Tower 2 pool is right below unit. Lagoon pool at tower 1, oceans grill and beach access is right there too. You are from your room to pool or beach in a couple minutes. Will definitely be back.

Love Edgewater Resort

The condo was perfect! It was so clean. Decorated so you know you’re at the beach. It was well stocked with extra towels, kitchen supplies, a couple beach chairs, and toiletries. We had zero complaints or concerns! We will stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!

This is our third time staying at Edgewater adn we had a wonderful experience. Our condo was beautifully decorated and our view of the ocean was spectacular. The property owner was prompt in responding to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation

I take my grand kids on a summer vacation each year to the gulf coast. The Edgewater restort was by far the most convenient and accessible. The staff was very accommodating and polite. Check in was a breeze with plenty of vehicle parking. Elevators readily available with little to no waiting. Amenities abundant and rooms were clean and well stocked. Fabulous pools and beach area and access. Convenient to numerous restaurants and local attractions. Will be back for summer of 2024.

We stayed end March 2023, everything was as described in the listing. Host was easily reached via txt as we had some issues with getting notices through VBRO app. Resort was great, everyone was very friendly, gated community, close to stores and restaurants. This was our first stay in PCB and we would book to stay again at "A wave from it all".
