Surrounded by manicured tropical landscaping at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac that’s aptly named Sandy Shores, sits this enormous, luxurious home in Seacrest Beach with a private pool. Boasting over 5,000 square feet of professionally designed living space, this home was custom-built for large family getaways, reunions, girl’s trips, a guy’s weekend, or any other combo of friends and family you can dream up— there’s room for absolutely everyone here. With eight bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms spread out over three sprawling levels, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone to find a bit of privacy, too.

The main living and dining area is bright and open, bathed in a soothing, neutral color palette and sumptuous furnishings. Overhead, the high ceilings have a lovely wood plank tray detail and lots of recessed lighting options. Large windows and glass doors with transoms allow the natural sunlight in, while cream-colored sofas surround the fireplace and HDTV. Comfy armchairs and built-in window seats add more lounging space.

In the dining area, a large dining table has ample space for ten, while the nearby kitchen island bar has seating for four more. Over the dining table hangs a stunning, unique chandelier, and the kitchen island is finished in a beautiful shade of blue that reminds you the shore is very nearby. Premier appliances include a giant refrigerator, two dishwashers, a microwave, and a gas range. Gorgeous granite countertops with a matching backsplash provide plenty of workspace for preparing a stack of fresh blueberry pancakes before hitting the beach, blending some frozen margaritas at happy hour, or simply heating some yummy takeout from a nearby local favorite restaurant.

On the top floor, the primary bedroom suite features a classic king-size canopy bed and glass doors leading out to the sunny balcony with a porch swing. The primary ensuite bathroom also includes access to the balcony, as well as a free-standing tub, step-in shower, and marble-topped vanity. Four additional guest bedrooms include attached bathrooms and three more sleeping spaces are bunk rooms that each feature built-in twin-over-twin size bunks with sleeping space for four per room.

Besides the large main living space, this gracious home also includes a media room that’s ideal for a movie night, a game room with a ping pong table, and a home office.
