The space
Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, the house sits on a wooded nature trail surrounded by nature preserve perfect for exploring in the time between beach days and poolside fun!

Main Floor
A gracious entry leads to the open concept living, dining and kitchen area flooded with natural light with floor to ceiling windows.

The dining table, positioned to separate the kitchen and living area, easily accommodates 8 guests.

The chef's kitchen is large and open, providing enough room for cooking and entertaining! You will also find a half bath on the main floor as well as a walk in laundry room.

The main floor of the home conveniently offers a KING room with an ensuite bath and walk in closet.

From the main floor porch, take the stairs down to find the outdoor dining and grill area backing up to the preserve and nature trail.

Second Level
You will find a second living space and half bath.

Off of the living room area you will find a bunk room with trundle bed and walk in closet, guest room with DOUBLE QUEEN and ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.

Master Suite with KING Bed and ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and private screened balcony.

This home also provides your an outdoor dining area and grill area, just off the back porch and next to the wooded preserve and nature trail.

This elegant home provides a perfect balance with enough seclusion to be a calming retreat but close enough to the action to be enjoying all 30A, Rosemary, Seacrest, and Allys beach have to offer in less than a 5 minute stroll. With delectable breakfast crepes, amazing Italian, Margarita happy hour with chips and salsa, mouth watering pizza and even a Starbucks, you have food bases completely covered.

This home is located near all these amazing restaurants which means that you can walk down 30a to whatever your cravings desire.

Beach access is a breeze with Seacrest beach access a 10 minute stroll or 5 minute tram ride away and you ware walking in the soft sand of 30As most luxurious beaches.

Of course with all the local dining, multiple beach options, and many luxuries shops and amenities there is no need to even venture a mile away however you can easily spend the day fishing and swimming two miles east at Camp Helen State Park, a 180-acre expanse bordered on three sides by the azure Gulf of Mexico or for an incredible glimpse of Florida's coastal beauty, Grayton Beach is just 14 miles west and is often ranked among the most scenic beaches in the state.

The gathering area was large and comfortable. We loved the giant kitchen table for eating, playing games and doing puzzles. We also enjoyed to upstair balcony- a great location for reading books or drinking morning coffee. They had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which was great. The tram stop is directly across the street so transporting stuff to and from beach was easy.

Every VRBO Needs a Jeff! Perfect Seacrest Beach Stay

From the moment we booked in March for our July stay, Jeff, the property manager, impressed us with outstanding communication. He reached out immediately, answered every question—from amenities like beach chairs and the garage fridge to accessibility info for my mother with limited mobility—and even called while we waited for luggage to walk us through check-in. Every VRBO needs a Jeff!The house was spacious, bright, and perfect for 8 adults, with room for a couple more. The downstairs master was perfect for my parents and the walk in shower was clutch for my mom with mobility issues. The downstairs was amazing with the open-concept kitchen, bar, and dining area gave us plenty of space to cook, relax, and play games. It was wonderful to have everyone together while making dinner and catching up. The kitchen was fully stocked and had plenty of cooking utensils, and we used the grill almost nightly.Upstairs, the second king suite had a large walk-in shower and a screened-in porch. It was the perfect bedroom to end long days. The full-bed room had its own bath, and the bunk room with a trundle was fine for our college kids.Located in the back of the neighborhood, it’s a bit of a walk to shops and the beach, but the tram (about a 20-minute wait in peak season) made it easy. We loved the peaceful location.This home exceeded expectations—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. Jeff’s hospitality truly made it the best VRBO experience we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Getaway!

We have been coming to the Rosemary Beach area for six years now. And I cannot say enough good things about this particular management company or this home! Even better than the pictures and was filled with everything we needed! Most times we need to do some "essentials" shopping upon arrival - not here! We had everything we needed and then some. There was a surprise in the garage too - ping pong, foosball plus everything you need to enjoy the beach. The check in and out was a breeze and there wasn't a long "to-do" list upon checking out (which if you've stayed in more than a few vacation rental homes.. you know this is rare). The sofa was super comfy and we played plenty of games at night with the whole family at the large island and dining table! We had all the pots and pans, plenty of seasonings, coffee and filters and even a s'mores maker - and we grilled one day as well. I could go on and on but suffice it to say - do not hesitate to book this property!! Jeff is awesome and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!
