Ne laissez pas un manque d'avis vous empêcher de réserver ce superbe condo. Ce condo Tropic Winds est nouveau dans le programme de location pour l'année 2020 et n'a jamais été loué auparavant! La nouvelle propriété a fourni toutes les commodités dont vous auriez besoin. De nombreuses améliorations vous attendent, y compris de nouveaux sols carrelés pour la chambre et la salle de bain (aucun tapis sale), de nouveaux meubles de balcon, un nouveau grand salon TV 65 ", etc. Dès votre entrée, vous vous rendrez compte que ce condo en bord de mer est bien géré et entretenu pour votre pur plaisir.

Vous venez à la plage pour vous détendre et vous détendre? Profitez de la plage pendant la journée et des films le soir dans le salon / divertissement! Ce salon face au golfe comprend une télévision à écran plat de 65 pouces et quatre fauteuils inclinables spacieux et confortables pour regarder votre film ou match de football préféré, faire une sieste bien nécessaire ou vous blottir avec votre roman préféré. Le salon jouxte le balcon offrant une vue imprenable sur le golfe.

Le grand coin cuisine comprend des armoires enveloppantes, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une barre de petit-déjeuner avec des sièges confortables pour 4 personnes. Adjacent à la cuisine, le plan d'étage ouvert comprend un coin repas avec table et des sièges pour six! Vous aimez faire griller des steaks, des hamburgers, des chiens ou du poisson? Tropic Winds propose 2 grils à charbon et 3 grils à gaz.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size confortable et un téléviseur de 55 pouces! Si vous aimez regarder des films au coucher, c'est l'endroit parfait pour vous! Venez essayer l'un des lits les plus confortables et les plus grands écrans de chambre que vous trouverez sur la plage. En prime, la chambre principale comprend une salle de bain privée attenante, un accès au balcon et une vue sur le golfe! Dormez au son des vagues. La chambre d'hôtes comprend un lit king-size, un accès privé à la salle de bains et une télévision.

Le nouveau mobilier de balcon comprend tout ce que vous pourriez demander! Un confortable canapé conversationnel, des chaises et une table basse en font l'endroit idéal pour voir les couchers de soleil majestueux, savourer votre café du matin et passer du temps avec des amis tout en écoutant les vagues et en admirant la vue. La table de balcon et 4 chaises offrent l'endroit idéal pour un dîner romantique sur le golfe ou des sandwichs pendant le déjeuner! Vous voulez regarder votre jeu de balle de nuit depuis le balcon? This condo was in immaculate condition! Super clean and well decorated, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The shower upgrade in the master bedroom was top notch, and we loved the stone tile detail out on the spacious balcony. We’d def book this unit again!!

Wonderful Home Away from Home

Property as listed and pictures. Many accessories in the kitchen pots, pans, spatulas, kids. We were very pleased. Large balcony, large tvs we barely watched as the beach was in plain view and so easily accessible. Greta’s, Riley was extremely helpful and available even during our delayed check in. Amazing will visit again

Enjoyed our two week stay. Very comfortable, nicely furnished space, good amenities, great location on the beach. Greta’s staff was very efficient and responsive to a couple of issues which we appreciated. This was the worst place we have ever stayed for smoking in a non-smoking building but give Greta’s staff 5 stars for responding when one smoker was a chain smoker very close - like next door - and the smoke and the smell was too much.

We arrived late. The room was clean, went straight to bed. The owner has the unit stock with all you need in the kitchen for cleaning. Also, he furnishes Keurig coffee of different varieties. Huge balcony with comfortable furnishings. The 4 beach chairs with umbrellas that us free with the unit is a money saver. Riley with Greta's Beach Rentals was great. Good communication and very helpful. They have an office on the 8th floor.

Great family vacation

The condo was wonderful - beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the comfy patio furniture! The only thing to note: Tropic Winds doesn't allow children under 12 in the hot tub (even with a parent/guardian). We had a couple rainy/chilly days that made this tricky as our 10 year old wanted to be in the hot tub with the rest of us, so one of us had to stay out with her. The condo and beach placement were amazing and we would absolutely recommend the rental! I'd only suggest that the age limit on the hot tub be included so families can know ahead of time.

As a result of this condo never having been rented before it was in excellent condition with a number of updates. Condo well stocked with everything needed including a new crockpot. The new very comfortable balcony furniture the best. We lived on the balcony with as much comfort as inside. Views spectacular from the balcony. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing time.

Comfortable beds - slept great (just tough to get in them, as they are very high). Free beach chairs/service (so easy to just grab your bag and have everything set up for you). Cons - Expected recliner couch (as that is what was in the pictures). It's been replaced by a pull out sofa. Remotes were a bit tough to figure out. Instructions on how to use them, would have been helpful.

Yes it’s a nice unit with more renovations than most but it wasn’t out of this world nice and could have been cleaner. The kitchen floor had not been mopped and there was hair in the shower, on the sofa, on throw blankets. The patio is great. It’s not right off the elevator which is nice. Reserved parking space away from traffic is also nice, but the property parking garage is extremely tight and hard to drive up and down. The beach chairs and umbrella provided and set up by the professionals is beyond fabulous. Great experience with Grata’s and will rent from there and the in the tropic winds community again.

Truth in advertising

It's been a long time since I have been to Panama City Beach, and like a lot of other people, I have heard too much negativity and controversy which has compelled me not to visit. However, I have a daughter who's become interested in rosemary Beach in Santa Rosa on 30A. Her descriptions and pictures broke down my reserves and I found myself speaking with Jennifer at Greta's Rentals who represent this lovely unit. The pictures are 100% accurate, what you can't see in the pictures is how incredibly beautiful the view of the white sand and aqua color Gulf is from the very large and very well appointed balcony. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable the walk-in shower is fantastic The water pressure is perfect. The kitchen is well supplied,all of the appliance have been recently updated, what else can I say The unit is 100% as advertised. The building is on the far west side of Panama City Beach, and caters to an adult crowd, you couldn't hear traffic or noise from back Beach Road. The elevators run quickly and smoothly from the garage to the top floor. We waited no longer than 3 minutes ever during an 8-days day. Check in is all on line, the parking space is reserved, there is nowhere that you have to go after you park your car except to unload your bags and belongings then head upstairs to your unit. Armbands for identification on the resort and your parking pass or waiting for you inside the unit. This was the easiest check in I've had in a long time. We had a ball.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to PCB and it was wonderful. The condo had everything you would need. The views from the 19th floor are breathtaking. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The beach is perfect, white sands. We found a lot of great shells (more shells than we found at shell island actually). The water was so clear that you could see to the bottom even though we were in the water up to our chest. From the balcony, we saw a turtle, dolphins, and a group of 6 sting rays. The two chairs and umbrella on the beach were great - just make sure you check in with the guys at the hut to reserve your chairs! We also loved that the second bedroom had two queen size beds so everyone in our group had a comfy place to sleep. Yes, the parking garage is tight, so the smaller the car, the better, but it didn’t stop us from venturing out. The location is far enough from the Pier that is quiet. Make sure you bring your own beach towels (they’re not provided). We hit the Goodwill and found some beach toys and a beach chair. Restaurants we recommend: Gulf Coast Burger Co. (they deliver your shakes by robot), Thomas’ Donuts, and The Deckhand Social (they have a pool to swim in while you wait for your food - just ask to sit on the pool deck). If you need a pick me up, Beachin Nutrition is the place to get your all natural energy teas and protein shakes. Overall, we will definitely be coming back and booking this place again! Riley called us on the day of our check-in to let us know if our plane got in early, the condo is ready. The service they provide is the best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as advertised! The room was very clean and Tropic Winds complex is so well kept. We stay there every summer because it’s so nice and you know what you can expect. We are big on things being clean and this place was clean! The property manager even came and opened the hot tub at 5:00pm so me and my son could take a dip! What an awesome guy! Our room had recently been remodeled and it so well done. Our master shower was beautiful! We will be staying in this room again!!! The only bad thing I’ll say is that 1 elevator was down but they were working on it . Even though only 2 were working, we didn’t struggle with waiting a long time for an elevator. We had a great trip! Thank you Tropic Winds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My siblings and I had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at this condo. Deck furniture was nice and it was overall a great condo! The king size bed was very comfortable, the sheets were awesome, but it was very high and hard to get in the bed. I loved the beach chairs every day and this section of Panama City beach is nice! Close to restaurants! Parking is ok. The parking deck is very tight. We liked the set up with 2 queens and the king. The condo was clean but I did notice when I walked on the floors barefoot my feet got dirty. However, the floors appeared clean. Overall we had a great time at this condo.
