3rd floor was really nice and each bedroom had it’s on bathrooms. Only drawback was the parking being really tight. Not idea for bigger vehicles. Had to park across the street.

Great space for 10 people! The huge balcony added another whole space for family to be together - biggest balcony I've ever seen. Nicely decorated and great location. Elevators were slow but this unit is on the 3rd floor so we mostly used the stairs. There is only one gas grill so if you plan to grill there can be a line. YiThere were a few beach toys and floats in the condo which was nice. We great enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful view. Loved the two master suites on the water. Easy parking. Loved the 3rd floor. Spacious. The price was amazing. We will totally be back. Huge back porch facing the ocean. Overall great!The negative:Very few dishes, cooking pans and utensils. Only 2 trash bags provided. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The washer hose wasnt connected. Water everywhere. Maintenence came a day later and didnt communicate well. The banged up the wall next to the washer when they pulled it out to repair it. The master suite tub drain wasnt connected. Mildew all over the curtain liner. And it was adertised with a kitchen table on the porch and there was not one when we arrived. No locks on any of the bathrooms or bedrooms.

It was nice. It was a 3rd floor apartment but depending on where you enter it's only a 1 to 2 floor climb. Was used to staying in 15th floor the last several years at a different place that had very slow elevator's. This place was spacious, large balcony and each bedroom had private bath

Property needs a lot of work, outlet plugs do not hold in anything you have to plug in. Rusted air vents, definitely not being cleaned throughly, our kids feet were black just from walking on the floor the first evening. Just felt completely dirty overall. Furtinture outside is broken, washer has mold all in the rubber piece, also not being cleaned, mold on the kitchen sprayer enough that it dripped down when using the sink. Parking is a disaster, overall not horrible but definitely won’t be back for the price we paid.

Could be cleaner

The property is decorate nicely and the balcony is large. However, the condo is dated and wasn’t super clean. The balcony furniture is not in good shape. The inside furniture did not look or feel very clean. There was an odor of age in the condo. The check in was so easy and the location is nice. The beach was not overly crowded and it’s a short and easy walk to the beach. Overall, descent stay. Condo just needs some TLC

The condo was very nice, and the beach beautiful as always. There were a few minor things that could have made the stay better but overall we had fun. I guess my biggest complaint would be the main reason we booked this listing, the patio. Although it was huge only 2 chairs were safe enough to sit on and the couch cushions were very moldy and several items broken. The table outside was so rusted that one of the kids cut their arm on the top of it. So we didn’t get to use the outdoor area which was our main reason for booking. The shower liner in master was moldy and master bedroom door did not lock nor did the bathroom. There was a mini fridge sitting in dining room that was leaking everywhere so we cleaned it up and took care of it. Also the condo itself smelled very musty but I get if ppl leave patio doors open then that creates moisture so maybe run a dehumidifier when condo is not being used. I think a good deep clean esp of furniture would do wonders. Overall we had a great time and I made sure to leave condo cleaner then how I got it. I try very hard to treat others property like I would my own home. Thank you for sharing your space with this large family. Ps that parking place is tricky!!

Loved the location

Office manager was quick to respond and went out of her way to bring another parking pass for us. Loved the location and balcony. Minor things needed fixing like a lot of plugs not working and washer left marks on our beach towels and oven smoked and set off smoke alarm on first day. With minor repairs this would be a A++++++place to stay at. You couldn’t beat being right on the beach.

Great place for a Fall Break

Overall, the condo was very nice. Clean and spacious with plenty of cooking/eating supplies for the kitchen (and grill) and toys/chairs for the beach. Beds were comfortable and rooms were big enough to fit additional twin blow-up mattress' for the kids. Kitchen was tight for multiple people, but the dinning and living room was huge. Balcony is enormous, could have sat out there all day wtching/listening to the waves. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for 2 things: Parking and Elevators... They both were horrible! Thankfully, being on the 3rd floor (first above parking) we didn't rely on the elevators too much, but when we needed them... we waited and waited. Parking was just a disaster with only 1 (very snug) parking spot in the garage (for a condo that sleeps 12+) and 1 spot in a very small overflow lot across the street. Which we never got to park in because it was always packed (this is in Oct). We ended up paying to park 2 vehicles in the public parking lot behind the overflow lot all week. Not a bad walk as long as you're not unloading. Pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean. Grilling area next to the much used hot tub was also clean and operable. One of the grills was a little slow to cook but the other worked great. The beach was great with a big sand bar area at low tide made for a great "kiddy-pool" area that wasn't too rough on the little ones. Overall experience was great as far as the condo and amenities were concerned. Just parking sucked.

The stay was nice and I love the location but the parking is horrendous, and only 2 parking passes, with one being in an overflow across the street, for a 4 bedroom and 4 bath condo. Several minor things were broken but did not affect our usage or stay at the unit. I let the host know immediately and they were quick to respond each time. It needed a really deep clean but was fine

Roaches

The doors was literally laying in the floor, roaches the size of madagascar roaches. Lamp broken and door handle broke laying in the floor. Washer smelled so bad like meldew made whole bathroom smell.

Disgustingly unclean

The bed linens were old and most had stains on them, a throw pillow for one bedroom had something spilled on it and I washed it. All the tub/showers had soap scum and grime on the walls, there was two pair of underwear (not ours) under the nightstand, the beds were uncomfortable. When we arrived the water was running from the spigot to the shower and would not turn off. Called and a maintenance person attended to it the best he could then he had to call a plumber but since it was the weekend we had to wait two days.

Comfy and Roomy layout

We were overall pleased with our stay. The bedrooms are split and doesn’t feel like you are overtop of each other. I didn’t hear my family at all when in the room with door shut. Room with bunkers shower sucks and trickles 24/7. The one master suite toilet seat was loose as the dickens. Those are minor complaints and did not affect the stay, maybe only my hubby with helping turning shower and off. The balcony is huge, and such a great feature! Thank you!!!😊

Very nice condo!

The parking spots are very confusing & one parking pass is definitely not enough, the wifi is not very good, the beach is full of paid chairs, so not very much room to set up personal stuff, but the condo is in a great location, very clean & spacious. It was overall a great place to stay!
