Welcome to Stay Salty at Edgewater! Relax with the whole family at this 3BR 3BA, Beach View Golf Villa at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Arguably the best located Villa in Edgewater Beach Resort. 2nd floor corner unit across from Beach Access #42, so you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach view or have your feet in the sand in less than a one minute walk from our front door! Parking right in front of the unit.

Spacious 1400+ sq/ft condo. Master bedroom has a king bed and a single sofa chair bed. 2nd bedroom has a king bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Living room has a pull out queen bed.

Security Gated Golf Resort with an Executive Par-3 Golf Course (additional fee amenity). You'll also find basketball hoops, 3 Pickle-ball courts, 10 Shuffleboard courts, and 10 Tennis courts. This sprawling resort houses 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), kids splash area, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center & workout studio (additional fee amenity), and a business/conference center. Guests can rent beach chair service, watersports, and beach bonfires through Goin' To The Beach service (3/1-10/31). There is an assortment of dining options available to choose from at the resort - you can dine gulf front at Oceans Bar & Grill, grab a slice at Paradise Pizza (served through Ocean's), and/or enjoy a beverage at either Blender's Poolside Bar or Shaker's Bar (the latter open seasonally on the weekends). As you explore the resort, you will also find everything from Starbucks coffee to an ice cream parlor to Edgie's Corner Market where you can pick up beach toys for the kids.

Edgewater Resort offers complimentary shuttle service that conveniently arrives at the front of our condo to take you to the pools, amenities and anywhere else around the resort. This is extremely convenient when you have toddlers, young kids and bags to carry to the pool!

Our unit has pedestrian gate access to the public beach just across the street and 1 pool (heated from Nov to April) two min walk away!

*There will be an additional $300 security deposit hold for every booking.

*A rental agreement is required to be signed by the booking person once booking is made.

*Booking person on file must be 25+ yrs old and staying at the condo during dates booked. Security guard will be checking driver's license upon arrival date.

*All guests must register online prior to their stay at Edgewater Beach Resort. The base registration fee ($50) includes one vehicle access pass (can be a car/truck or motorcycle), wristbands, and the use of most Resort amenities (some Club amenities require an additional fee). This fee is required whether the guest will have a vehicle or not. Vehicle access passes will be provided by security upon arrival. Registration instructions will be emailed once booking is confirmed.
