The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper and
there is a smart screen TV with a ceiling fan. If you want to truly enjoy the beach
experience wander out to the balcony through your floor to ceiling sliding doors enjoy
the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters. The dining table sits 4
with 4 more seats available in at the kitchen bar.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a king-sized bed and private bath. The bedroom has
a ceiling fan, smart TV and blackout curtains. The room is beautifully decorated for your
relaxation and enjoyment. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in spacious
closets. You’ll also enjoy the tiled bath with shower where you can relax and reenergize
after a day full of beach activities.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, black-out curtains and
bathroom. The full bath features a tub/shower.

The 3rd Bedroom is upstairs via a classic spiral staircase and features a queen bed,
smart TV, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, private shower bath, and an enormous balcony.
Edgewater is Panama City’s only FULL SERVICE, Premier Resort. This gated resort is the chosen, number one, lodging facility in Panama City Beach. We searched the Florida panhandle, and EDGEWATER is our favorite for families. Included amenities include, controlled entrance, 24 hr. security, 11,500 sq. ft. lagoon pool landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, plants, 11 total pools, spas, “Oceans” full-service restaurant overlooking the gulf, “Edgies” convenience store, Game Room, Exercise Gym, and lighted tennis & Pickleball courts. For rent are Par 3 Golf Course, poolside cabanas and premium lounge charges, beach lounge chairs. The onsite Conference center hosts many events year-round. The parking lot directly in front of the building means there is no parking deck or crossing a busy road to deal with. The two low traffic elevators increase your time for fun and relaxing!

Edgewater is only 25 minutes from the Airport, minutes from great Restaurants, world-
class sport fishing, evening dinner cruises, boat rides to Shell Island, championship golf,
Shipwreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, Gulf World, St. Andrews State Park.
Edgewater is just minutes from the new PIER PARK, with loads of fun and a great
atmosphere, minutes from a movie theater, Top Golf, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum,
WONDER WORKS etc.

Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may register another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.
